There were bugs in both my burgers some dead and some alive the ones that were alive flew out as soon as I opened the wrapper
I have never waited close to 20 minute just to place an order. Then once I got to the window I had to wait for the clerk to put... in 4 gallons of ice in the machine. He seemed like he was the only person working. I come to ocean city ever year and Iexperience the same type of service. I come here mostly for my kids happy meals. The fries are stale or overcooked. Drive thru wait is ridiculous. Nuggets are always over done and old, or not cooked thoroughly. Large fries are routinely filled... half way. Read more
Took over 20 minutes for our order even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. Food was poorly cooked and... tasted terrible. Outdoor seating area was closed. Truly one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had, out of probablyhundreds. Read more
The manager needs to get a better understanding of execution, how to lead a team and needs a sense of urgency. We waited 15... minutes for food for two people. Fries were stale, we asked for a new order and they were overcooked. We asked the manager tohave someone wipe down the tables as every table was filthy and that took ten minutes before someone came. We ended up clearingand cleaning our own table. The male employee they sent to wipe off the table followed his manager's lead - why work hard whenthe manager does not? He literally wiped off the tables, noticed the trash was full but strategically figure out how much eachtrashcan could hold before overflowing so he didn't have to change the FOUR VERY FULL TRASH CANS. And wiping off the counter,too much to ask. This is a poor representation of McDonald's. I have never had this experience before at any location. I livedin OCNJ thirty plus years ago and it was one of the cleanest locations now it's a dump ran by managers who have little investedin their success and pride in what they do. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. This restaurant was filthy and there was dirty water leaking from the ceiling above the soda... fountain. The other soda fountain was out of order and there wasn't a clean table to be found. The restaurant wasn't even busywhen we were there. They were out of the chicken strips that we wanted, and the food that we did get was sloppy and tasted off. The fruit in our parfaits was frozen solid. In general, the restaurant was out-of-date and worn down. Clearly, the owner ofthis franchise is not putting any money back into the restaurant. The entire place should probably be demolished and a new oneput in its place. I would only return if it was the only place open in all of New Jersey and I hadn't eaten in a week. Read more
They claim they make your food to order. False, everything was old, and reheated. Everything could use a good cleaning starting... with the front door! We have been coming here for years and it's never been this bad. Read more
