That was probably the most stressful ice cream experience I?ve ever had. If you are going to order more than 1 ice cream , then... this is not the place to go. They were slammed both outside and inside and they had maybe 4 girls working in the whole place.I?ve never seen slower workers before like that. I am not exaggerating when I say this. At one point I started looking around tosee if this was a tv show prank. The family ordering in front of us , at one point the dad poked his head in the order window toask one of the girls ? Are you okay? It?s awfully busy here?. And she just nodded and disappeared. She was moving at a snailspace , I think just barely had a pulse. As far as the ice cream goes, it was nothing to write home about. Definitely not worththat experience. I will warn others too. Awful awful. Read more
Love this shop, it?s right near us and our summer go to. Great quality hard ice cream with wide flavor selection, my favorite... is cinnamon which is light and creamy and hard to find, and the bubble gum. Yummy shakes, custard and a candy classic selectionas well. Not the best looking space, but cute tables outside have nice ocean breezes. Service a bit slow but what?s the rush? Read more
It's hard to believe but the owner is the slowest person working there. Over 15 minutes to prepare ice cream for 4 people. By... the time she was done with the last so I could pay and leave the window, mine was completely melted into soup. People we werethere with said they saw her doing other things while she was supposed to be making our order - including replacing empty tubsof ice cream for flavors she didn't need for us. The product is average at best, but it's convenient for us. If I ever see theowner at the window again I will just leave. $22 for 3 ice creams and 1 melted ice cream soup is way too much money. Our favorite ice cream stop! My family and I visit Ocean City every year and my siblings beg to come here every night! It's a... great family-owned business with friendly staff, delicious ice cream homemade, and a colorful atmosphere! They offer insideorders as well as an outside window to order, and have outside seating. 100% would recommend! We make a trip to TJs every summer. The ice cream is always excellent. There is usually a crowd every night in the summer. You... can eat your ice cream inside or outside. I?m partial to the It?s a Goodie with peanut butter and chocolate, but my wife lovesthe Day at the Zoo flavor. It may be her favorite ice cream flavor anywhere! Read more
