Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!!!! You have to get your coffee here!!! The employees are so sweet and the prices are so low compared to... other coffee shops. A large frappe was only like $5! We made the trek over the bridge and off the island almost daily to visit OIB Surf and Java. It has become my favorite OIB... hangout. The entire shop is so welcoming - love their merchandise selection (and spent way too much $$ in the surf shop), thecoffee is great and fairly priced - lattes and frappes are priced similar to other coffee shops. The staff are wonderful -helpful and cheery with great recommendations. My kids LOVED the smoothies and wanted to go as often as I'd let them. I lovedthe coffee and the frappes. They have great seating and working areas for people to come in and work, talk, or just hang out. Weloved the vibe of this place and if we weren't at our house or on the beach, the rest of our group knew to find us at OIB Surfand Java. Read more
Great, fresh coffee. AHHHMAZING homemade-in-house muffins. We?ve been making the short trek over the OIB bridge for the past few... summers to get coffee and muffins here. The chill atmosphere of the surf shop and the friendliness of the staff is always sowelcoming. Their prices are also fair. They?ve renovated the inside since last summer and it looks awesome! They now have a cozysitting area with upholstered seating in a setting that makes you feel like you?re on your own little porch in the islands.Today we came to get my daughter a frappe for her birthday.
