Worst service ever?no welcome or anything. Actually no acknowledgment at all. Just given coffee and happy meal and turned away.... Happy meal was cold and coffee was made wrong. Also no toy for happy meal which made a very unhappy child. Will NOT be visitingg this location anytime soon. Read more
I went to McDonald's in Ocean Pines 10/28/22 at 7pm. I waited 20 minutes in line no one even came to front at all. So I ordered... on machine and then it took the lady 20 more minutes to get an ice coffee and a kids happy meal. She said no kid toys and fry'swere cold and coffee wasn't made right at all. When pulling in parking lot no lights were on at all so dark in entire parkinglot. This was by far the worse experience I ever had with McDonald's and I come at least 3 to 4 times a week. Mgr very un professional I got a #6 they asked what drink I want I asked if it was included she said yes so I said orange... juice.when I got to the window I was charged extra 2$ she called the mgr who attitude was nasty and said there's always and upcharge for orange just.
