Mgr very un professional I got a #6 they asked what drink I want I asked if it was included she said yes so I said orange... juice.when I got to the window I was charged extra 2$ she called the mgr who attitude was nasty and said there's always and upcharge for orange just. I said u should tell the customer not just assume they know.she then said I'm not going to argue youand hold up my line. Worst service ever?no welcome or anything. Actually no acknowledgment at all. Just given coffee and happy meal and turned away.... Happy meal was cold and coffee was made wrong. Also no toy for happy meal which made a very unhappy child. Will NOT be visitingg this location anytime soon. Read more

I went to McDonald's in Ocean Pines 10/28/22 at 7pm. I waited 20 minutes in line no one even came to front at all. So I ordered... on machine and then it took the lady 20 more minutes to get an ice coffee and a kids happy meal. She said no kid toys and fry'swere cold and coffee wasn't made right at all. When pulling in parking lot no lights were on at all so dark in entire parkinglot. This was by far the worse experience I ever had with McDonald's and I come at least 3 to 4 times a week. Not McDonalds of years ago. Poor service, long wait time for service & food. One person at service counter taking orders &... taking drive through orders. Years ago, there were 4-6 registers going & employees taking orders. Each register with 5+ peoplein line to order. Chick fil A will continue to show them up with great customer service & this will be another McDonald'sclosing up. Read more

Ordered a sugar free vanilla coffee, that I was charged close to $3.00 for. That was caked in (heavy) syrup mix possibly on... purpose?? In which I have medical conditions that I am dealing with.... Worst Mcdonald?s I?ve ever been to. It?s frustrating every time we go. It?s one thing, or another. If you go inside, prepare to... deal with absolutely no staff. They will be entirely focused on the drive-thru. Most of the time, you have to take your ownorder at the screen, because there is nobody at the front registers. You can watch people constantly coming inside from thedrive-thru with orders they messed up, and they just stand there looking around waiting to be acknowledged. I saw a few elderlypeople getting confused and having trouble with ordering from the screen as well. They even made a comment to us like ?Why can?tthey just take our order?? They turned around and left. Once you place your order on the screen, there is either no ?Table Tent?which is a just a table number you have to grab to continue paying, or the card reader is broken. So it?s ultimately pointlessand a waste of time. They will watch you waste your time and do nothing about it. They won?t even put a sign up saying itdoesn?t work. They won?t refill the tents needed in order to complete the transaction. Brought it to the managers attention, andhe seemed flustered and like he had more important things to deal with. Shook his head in a ?I don?t know what to tell you? kindof way. Not really professional and didn?t fix any of the problems brought to his attention. If you go through the drive-thrube prepared for a young lady to take your order, and there be a language barrier. She is great! But every time she takes myorder, it?s wrong, because she doesn?t speak English well. They also will close the inside dining, and have one drive-thru laneopen. It takes forever. They will not honor 2 separate orders in the car even if they are closed inside, or if you are bothusing rewards/deals. The Manager was unapologetic and rude. The type of person that gets excited to tell you no. I bypass thisMcdonald?s and drive further out of my way to go to the one on Samuel Bowen Blvd in Berlin. Service Read more
