Our visit started out not so pleasant. We walked in around 7:00 on a Friday evening. We were greeted at the door by 2 women who... asked if we had reservations. We did not. I felt like they had the attitude of couldn?t be bothered with us. The restaurant wasabout half full and we were seated. We got water and bread pretty quickly and our drink order was taken. Then we waited.Probably close to 10 minutes before our drinks came. After that the service improved. Our dinners came in a timely manner andour waiter was pleasant. My daughters and I go to Biloxi for mother/daughter time nearly every year. This time it was close to my 69th birthday. I chose... Anthony's for dinner. Believe me, we were not disappointed! The beauty of the views makes it worth the stop. Make reservations! Food was delicious, all of it. The service was... impeccable. Based our visit off of Google reviews. Husband loves sunsets, and we were celebrating his birthday. From start to finish, this... was one of the best meals I?ve had! My husband and I had two different chef specials. Mine was pan seared grouper atop a gritcake, with shrimp and Louisiana bbq sauce...phenomenal! Service was excellent! We ate here for dinner and Anthony?s did not disappoint. The food was great as was the service. We had the oyster sampler as an... appetizer and then moved on to the main course - crab cakes Ponchartrain and the seafood casserole (loaded with shrimp,crawfish, and crab meat!). The bread pudding was also good but so rich that I couldn?t eat more than 2 bites. We noticed theprices online were stale (as of 9/26/2020) so keep that in mind. I don?t recall where we saw the menu but I don?t think it wasuploaded by the restaurant. I should have taken a picture but it didn?t occur to me at the time. The restaurant has a simpleand nostalgic ambiance. We arrived at 7:25PM so, although we were seated window side, we missed the sunset. All in all, a greatmeal. Read more
