First time visiting today due to a relative?s recommendation. He couldn?t stop talking about how delicious the pizza and chicken... wings tasted a few days ago, so I had to give them a try. Staff were extremely pleasant and professional. We arrived around10:58am. I ordered a small build your pizza and 6 red pepper chicken wings. Brought my aunt along also, because she loves andknows good pizza and chicken wings. She ordered a small build your pizza and 6 barbecue wings. Neither disappointed us. So. I ordered at 5:41 it is 7:43 and still no pizza. I ordered with a new employee. I understand that everyone has to learn. I... get that. But when i called they stated they had no idea if it was delivery or carryout. Said they tried to call and went tovoicemail. I had my phone with me. We all (5 of us) called it and it rang fine. Then i asked for a manager. Kid gets on thephone. He states. Basically too bad so sad. We will remake it and deliver. I asked why i am paying for the imcompotence of a newemployee? He basically stated. Hey...i just answered the phone. Im not a manager. Everyone here is new. I tried to be nice butfor that to be the response is unacceptable since i had "already paid". We order weekly. Last order from us and most people weknow. Not an acceptable answer since i had already paid and now will wait 45 more minutes. Thats ridiculous. So....pizza gothere and i had a tip for the driver.....not his fault.....threw on my porch....banged twice on door.....and gone. Goodness.Really? So what was the point of throwing it? We would have tipped since you simply deliver. SMH...... threw and ran. Pullingout when i opened the door. Scared to eat the pizza. Sure they spit in it. To the trash!!!! Normally if i have nothing nice tosay.....i say nothing at all. But today they were so wrong. Period. Ill learn to like Dominos pizza or Pappa Johns for now on. Read more
This place used to be awesome I ordered there all the time but tonight was the 1st time I experienced some rude customer service... from the manager himself I called up there to ask where my order was when my husband went to pick it up they overlooked myticket and Did not make it until 45 minutes later after I ordered it then when ordered they only but heard they only fixed halfa bowl of food and forgot the ingredients that were requested $11 for half a bowl of food that's supposed to feed the feed toowould only feed 1 I was not apologized to or told I could get any help with the issue other them coming back up there andhaving them remake it I'm disappointed honestly I loved this place ???? Got there at open and they appeared seriously understaffed. I ordered a pizza that was pretty good and cheesy bread that was... fair. My friend ordered a pepperoni pizza and got plain cheese (which they remade). The soda machine had no tips on them so itsprayed soda all over a customer. I will try it again but first impression overall I was not impressed. Read more
Heyy again! Well this was my first times eating here today and I must say it was awesome!!! The staff was very NICE! The Pizza... was Hot and Fresh. My daughter Enjoyed the pepperoni and Spinach pizza... Just say we will be going BACK REALLY SOON ???????? Read more
The people are nice. I caught the medium 1 topping for 6.99 deal. Did an all cheese and a pepperoni and sausage. Got wings... andcheese bread. I liked the wings and bread but I was not too fond of the pizza. Would go back for wings. Read more
The employees are outstanding, the service is super fast and friendly. I'd recommend this place over all the other pizza place... cause everything is delicious/ better. I'd give them ten stars but sadly five is max. Read more
