Let me first start by saying this is the first time I?ve had this low of an experience here. I ordered door dash waited in my... car then became restless. Tried calling the store twice bc I?m sick and do not want to enter an establishment to get others sickbut it?s curbside for a reason. I go in to see one associate visibly crying and just not making eye contact but it seems asthough she clocked out and didn?t tell anyone (pink and blonde hair) but no one told any of us ?we are sorry for your wait wewill be right with you. That was my first issue. The young lady with the locs or braids was not aware she clocked out and mindyou this was after she clearly asked the girl was she ok or needed help but she just walked by her. My second issue is if youhave kitchen staff preparing food, all hair needs to be covered with the net! I saw none in site. I?m canceling my order. It?snot the staffs fault they are short staffed but one I should not hear your frustrations from the common area and you still needto inform the 7 customers sitting here waiting on their orders. Orders are always wrong. The staff is untrained and act like they do not care. The management seems to be incompetent or does... not care. They are always out of a lot of items and the store is dirty. After multiple times of going and having issues, thiswill be the last time. Ordered curbside pickup, no one ever came out. The food had been sitting in the counter for 20+ minutesand there ended up being paper left and melted into my kids sandwich. Read more
I was so disappointed with my chicken salad sandwich today. The croissant was so stale and hard I couldn't eat it and the... croutons on the salad I ordered were stale too. I have never gotten anything from McAlister's that I was not satisfied withuntil today. Very disappointed. Read more
We used to live and work in Ocean Springs. After 14 years, we made a trip back. I decided to visit McAlister's for a quick... dinner. Boy, it was great as all these years back. Nice warm sandwich, friendly staff, good atmosphere. It withstood the test oftime! :-) Read more
Ordered a rueben and got this nasty corn beef sandwich with nothing but way too much nasty tasting beef on soggy and stale... bread. Potato salad gross, and they forgot half my order. Honestly I dont think I missed out on much. Tastes like it looks. Read more
I got the grilled chicken club sandwich (add avacado), a pickle, side of mac-n-cheese, and a sweet tea. This sandwich is... amazing!!! I pretty much get this order every time I go. Their avacado slices are always fresh so I always add them to thesandwich. I know some places it's hit or miss, but theirs are always so good! The pickle is usually located on the bottom of thebox underneath the paper which I absolutely love that they do. This way, it doesn't make your sandwich soggy at all!!! This is ahuge plus!! I said no No Tomato, No Chipotle Ranch, No Pepper-Jack Cheese, and add swiss. I put it in easy to understand instructions. You... gave me a turkey, bread, lettuce, and cheese sandwich. Why did you remove the Bacon and Avacado? I also requested to be calledif you were out of items. Why did you disregard that? I asked for Sea Salt Chips. I got Barbeque chips. Why didn't youcall? They were a bit discombobulated and busy, but we're very polite and attempted to keep all guests well cared for. It appears they... may have been short staffed, but they handled it well. Read more
