Went through drive thru. Waited at the speaker area 4-5 minutes. Asked for hot sauce and grape jam with order. Not in bag with... food. Parked and went inside. Sat in the double drive through for 15 minutes to order breakfast. Suddenly the menu changed from breakfast to lunch at 11 am. ... There is a sign posted on the order area which says breakfast served 4-11am. It also says ALL DAY BREAKFAST MENU a available. When we asked what was available on the all day menu we were told they didn?t serve breakfast all day. When asked about theposted sign, we were told they weren?t serving any more breakfast items! We were blocked in by other vehicles and couldn?texit. After we ordered lunch food, we sat for at least another 20 minutes. We have added this business to the ?not again list?along the I 10 interstate hwy in Ocean Springs, Ms. Suggest hiring more employees, honor or remove the All day breakfast sign. Read more
Kitchen was short-staffed and it really set the kids working up for mad customers. I felt bad for the employees honestly. ... They were doing they're best but couldn't keep up with incoming orders. The lady in front of me in the drive thru had 4:08 onher ticket it was 445 when I walked in to check on my order. I love this McDonald's though. Paid 33$ for 4 double quarter pounders and only got quarter pounders called management immediately when I got home. Food was... sent to gulfport called management after I got the call from gulfport saying what happened so management told me I had to go togulfport to get the food and bring it back. Kids were already eating because we had been in at the football game. Management wasrude. There are plenty of McDonald's so I really don't have to go back. The manager of this location is horrible. She has nothing but children working here and she is so disrespectful to them it is... unbelievable. She is so rude. She couldn't handle the rush, so she refused to let the other employees take orders in the lobbyshe yelled from the back that the lobby didn't matter to only work drive through orders. There was a large family in the lobbyat the time and only half of their party was "allowed" to order. I gave up waiting for her to care and I left a d spent my moneysomewhere else. Never going back. 2 employees playfully argued over who was taking my order. The one that did take my order walked away before... the order was even taken. Ordered a spice chicken sandwich. Order was out in like 5 mins. Maybe less. Chicken was old and oldfries. Read more
