Extrememly slow (15 minutes for a mocha) and they do not read the labels. Very few customers and starbucks employee jumped the... line to have there drinks made ahead. Never going back here will take my business to other well deserved coffee shops. Read more
Of all the Starbucks I?ve been to throughout the country, this is by far the worst. The waits are extremely long - the drive... through line is laid out horribly and the wait times are the longest I?ve ever been in. The coffee sometimes comes warm (nothot) and half the time they say they aren?t brewing dark roast - this is early morning too. Staff is okay but def not thefriendliest. Not the norm for a Starbucks for sure - usually the majority of them are on point. This one could use a corporateintervention as it has the potential to be much better. Read more
Nice facility. Slow service. The traffic pattern for the drive-up is horrible! Combined with the long wait time for orders,... the cars in line for the window jam the parking lot traffic lanes, freezing all movement. Read more
Went today and waited 25 minutes for 1 drink. Went a few weeks ago and waited 35 minutes. Instead of making drinks they were... just taking out the trash or wiping down the counters. Told them to just forget it and give me a black coffee. No one apologizedor tried to redeem themselves. Won?t be back. Read more
I went to this store today because I wanted to get my favorite drink, Dragon Drink with passion tango, but the line was so long.... I decided to go inside to place my order. I placed my order for the Dragon Drink; I told the guy my name was Ques. I said hecould spell it anyway to help pronounce it easier for him to say when the call my name. So after I placed my order, four to fiveother customers came in to place their order as well. Now these are caucasian men and women that came in. These men and womenhad a large drink; I had a grande drink and all of them received their drink before me. I was tryna figure out what was going onbecause my dragon drink wasn?t big at all ,so I felt like I was singled out as a black young man and waited an extra 10 mins toget my drink. That?s not the only thing, the guy spelled my ?Quwayass? . This is why I choose to go to the D?Iberville location.I never experienced this type of treatment at the D?Iberville location. Read more
Amazing experience! Baraistas were very busy with orders, but were so kind & patient with me!! I'm a Sugar-free diabetic order &... my sister is a gluten-free order, so we always have complicated coffees????????? Good service at this Starbucks. They're quick and friendly, and do not have the typical "you mean *venti*" attitude. Got... exactly what we ordered, and had a nice cool relaxing time. Read more
It took 25 minute's to get 2 venti pumpkin lattes , neither of which were hot, lukewarm at best. Baristas touching their face,... hat and glasses and not washing hands afterwards. Store was dirty. Manager busy playing with staff. Marasha was working hardand deserves to be recognized! Read more
