I specifically said no onions on my burritos and I get home and my burritos are loaded with onions. I can not eat onions or I... get a very bad headache. So now I am sitting here hungry with burritos I can't eat and you charged me for a combo but you didn'thave any tea. You people want 15 dollars an hour because you want to be in the air condition or heat but you can't get a simpleorder right. When high school kids did this job as a way to make spending money they got it right but you want to be a 15 dollaran hour career taco bell bean slinger and you can't get nothing right. We ordered burritos with no onions, but our burritos were full of onions. We tried calling to store, but they are not answering... the phone. Then, we tried to leave a comment on that taco bell website, but it wouldn't let me submit citing the phone numberwasn't right....even though I tried every format I could think of. Food is always good. But if you make the white lady with black hair at the window mad by asking a question around mid day she'll... crush your Doritos locos tacos for you. Food prep wise this is actually one of the better locations. Read more

Literally had a 20 second conversation about putting chicken on my chalupa: it was beef. The burrito and soft shell tacos were... hard they had been on the line so long and the translucent lettuce had been in the fridge since the 80s. Not just bad, buthealth-code bad.
