The Best Place in the World to get the most Amazing food. No matter what you order here it will take your mouth on a world... cruise of flavors. I cannot say enough of great things about this wonderful place. The Atmosphere is so laid back andcomfortable. The staff are so helpful and they make you feel right at home. I rate this place 1000 and above. We drove 260 milesone way just to eat here. And every time we do our experience is always great. Surprising to give five stars when it seems so run down but actually it was by design and the store area and bathrooms are not... run down. It is an interesting experience to sit in the music hall area in ancient theatre bleachers around picnic tables foreating the food. Very good barbecue. Apparently there are interesting activities sometimes and a large playground area for thekids. Read more
Amazing place! Highly recommend! When I think of Mississippi this is what I think of. It looks like a rundown farm/junkyard in... the middle of the bayou you can order your food, listen to live music, and then go explore the grounds. Very interesting place. The shed is a very accurate way to describe it. Humble in origin and pieced together with many years of... character this place is definitely different. Good different. The food was OK. I think we came during an off or slow part ofthe day. The ribs and chicken were slightly overcooked but the brisket was money. The kids ate the barbecue chicken wings andsaid they were awesome. The outdoor space here is pretty unique and I would love to come here on a busy night with some livemusic rolling through. 1st time visitor will definitely be a repeat customer before I leave the area. For me, this was an experience, an delightful... experience. My order: The Combo plate consisting of pulled port and quarter rack of ribs with sweet potato casserole & potatosalad. Point blank, I was NOT disappointed! Ribs on this day were fall-off the bone and the pork was juicy. The sweet potatocasserole & potato salad complemented the ribs and pulled pork, perfectly. I so much enjoyed my visit that I purchased 'merch'such as a bottle of Southern Sweet BBQ sauce, a baseball cap and a T-shirt. The Shed did not let me down. Read more
