Computer system sucks. You can't have your whole breakfast sandwich toasted just the bread. So cheese doesn't melt. Bacon was... cold. And they didn't even toast my bread. Also you can't duplicate orders in the system. So if you want say 4 of the samebreakfast sandwiches you have to input them all seperate. And when you do they still don't make them right. Also worst chickenever. I don't know what has happened royal farms but in the past 3 years you have continually declined. All of your locationsare God awful. Thos is what happens when you start not caring because your to big. I'm over it. Wawa lost me years ago becausetheir sandwiches went downhill. Now you are just as bad. Also hire people who read the ticket and make it correct. Read more
There is one guy working there doesn?t know how to do the sandwiches. I get 3time more ingredients in other Royal Farms.
The pumps were EXTREMELY slow on 6/5/2020 6:00pm. I have a boat and tried to pump 160 gallons. IT TOOK FOREVER AND A DAY!!! ... They need to change their filters more frequently! I hope to god my fuel filters on my boat dont clog up!! Read more
I can?t say enough about Wonder Woman who works for Royal Farms. Every time I go in the store for food, gas & diesel she is so... nice and helpful in every way. When she sees me she makes sure that I get a few extra wedges instead of the dinner roll. Shelets me know of the specials they have going on. She is always in a wonderful mood with an exceptional personality so I?m surethat?s why her name is Wonder Woman. Read more
Staff is friendly enough, but my order is always slow or worse, incorrect. Last time I was there, I got mac n cheese that was... HALF full, HALF?? Who does that? Then why two stars you ask and not just one? Because the chicken really is good. Oh, they wereOUT of it one time I was there! Haha, brag about your chicken and then don't have any ready? Gas prices for mid-range and premium gas are incorrectly reported. Premium price was shown by Google as $2.46 (reported within... an hour of me going there) but at Royal Farms gas station it was $2.59. A big difference. I will never go back there again.There are many honest gas stations around this area that report their prices correctly. I will use them instead. Read more
