TO GO ORDER: Ordered the family pack of burgers and I must say not impressed. The fries were soggy and unsalted and the burgers... were drenched in thousand island sauce. In addition the beverages weren?t flavored with their appropriate syrup; Coke wasn?tgood and even the lemonade was awful. The grilled tacos that were ordered weren?t even given on my initial arrival. Amazing food after a few brews? and guess what!? You can get more to drink there. Perfect setup.
Family favorite since I was 15, same location. Was our stop before sometimes but always after going surfing, was in love with... the fried zucchini and they uses to come in a brown lunch bag. These days we have the pastrami sandwich or have the bigbreakfast. And can't forget the shake.. they have definitely evolved over the years. Serving beer and espresso, and can alwayscatch a game on the several TVs they have. Sit outside and people watch and feel the nice warm california sun. It's an Iconiclocation for over 40+yrs. Angelo?s is a decent burger joint in Oceanside not far from some really great bars. They have a wide variety of burgers and also... serve salads and burritos. Oh, and they?ve got a nice beer selection. The cheeseburger is solid and they serve a large portionof fries. It?s also not too pricey for something that?s quite a bump up from fast food. It?s definitely worth hitting up ifyou?re in the mood and the area. Read more
We stopped here to eat during a motorcycle ride on the 101 and it was a pleasant experience. The portions are big and the... service was fast and friendly. The food was good, a little bland for my taste, but nothing a little hot sauce can't fix. I likedit and would stop by again if I'm in the area. Read more
