Usually a great place... But cannot contact the restaurant by phone. 1yr + the phone number listed on the receipts and Google... isn't a working number. So when I've recently had missing items from my order or received ½ empty orders of fries and I can'tdrive back, my only option is to contact customer service. Then they respond 3 days later, saying you have been refunded. How ifI've paid in cash ? Previously I was sent gift certificates, but what if I just want my money back? Absolutely loved every minute I was their & way better than taco bell in my opinion. Wonderful staff & manager. Loved the... strawberry & new cinnamon shakes. Amazing stuffed tortilla carne asada. 10/10 service in my books. Loved it. Read more
This is an insanely grim Del Taco which is also the only Del Taco for Downtown and Golden Hill. I come here about once or twice... a year, for the past 20 years or so. It never gets fixed up, never changes. The drive through is the move here. If you go insideyou will bear witness to local crackheads panhandling or harassing the staff. Seriously the "atmosphere" is like world classbad at this Del Taco and it's been like that for two decades. Read more
Who doesn't love a fast food taco. Del Taco is the king of this space. Nothing fancy just quality $2 American tacos. They have... good alternative options with a decent burger, arguably the best chili cheese fries and a socal staple in the chicken soft taco.Don't go for a authentic Mexican food experience, but don't miss it either. One of my favorite Taco places for sure, love their Fish Tacos and they recently added some amazing food items to their menu. ... Nice!! ???? The only thing they could do better, is change their drive thru a bit. It's way too tight for larger vehicles liketrucks or full size sedans. ???? Read more
Came to this place bought food, to go, I walked out and my 3 year old had to use the restroom, I walked back in and was denied... because I had to be a customer, I explained I was just here a minute ago ,and they said show me your receipt, I showed them andthey had the Audacity to tell me that I had an attitude and go somewhere else I took my child to denys ,now I know why theseparticular people work here because they are ignorant, I have been to Del taco many times, but not this location ,rude customerservice.
