I went in by myself , I was getting work done on my car at Walmart, so I decided to have some lunch. I was sat down right away... by the host. I waited & waited & waited, then I see 2 gentleman get seated & helped right away. I got up & left & the waitresscame after me. She knew she messed up. I was over it. Food was good as always, waitress was super nice and very attentive even when it was busy. But when it?s time to pay, I always... get such rude people. I have the Denny?s rewards app and they always say that you ?can?t use coupons at this location?.Sometimes it?s hit or miss when it comes to the people here but the waiters and waitresses are always nice here. It?s a shamethat it?s not always consistent. Don?t let them fool you! They?ll try to argue with you so you can?t use the rewards app. Youcan use the coupons on your Denny?s rewards app. Even if they try to say ?we don?t use coupons here? it?s a lie. They can acceptthem, they just don?t want to. I tried to be patient with them but last couple times I?ve been here, they always make a fussabout using the Denny?s rewards app. I only use the rewards app. Denny?s, you?re not fooling anyone, why advertise for therewards app if you?re not going to honour it? The place seems pretty depressing, even when it's busy. When I went last, there was one server with 7 tables, took 20 minutes... from walking inside to being served food, pretty good :) My server Amanda was very nice. Ordered a brisket/egg sandwich withfries. Brisket very salty, fries poorly salted (sone had none, while others had too much), and my over-easy egg was prettyfried. Chris was our server and he was friendly, attentive and prompt. I swear that this Denny's gives you bigger portions than the... other ones around. It's always really clean, I'm constantly seeing people sweeping outside and trying to make sure that theparking lot is clean. Read more
I dined inside my local Denny?s Restaurant last Tuesday on November 16, 2021 at 7 p.m. I sat near the window in a booth seating.... Diana my server was very friendly and attentive to me. I placed my order with Diana. My order was one California Club Sandwich,One Garden Salad with Ranch Dressing, one decaffeinated Signature Blend Coffee with refills, and the Delight French VanillaCreamers.My total bill was $25.00. We had a server today, Christopher, that was amazing. Observant; never had to ask for a thing he was well trained and noticed... our body language and anticipated needs. I have seen Forbes 5 star servers not pick up on the signals he caught. Surprisingenough out of the last 5 Denny's we ate at the food was above standard at this location as well. Now not to detract from theserver; it's a shame that it is 100% tip share. We would have gladly tipped 20% to the staff on a $40.00 bill and then 100%directly to the server if permitted. After a less than satisfactory experience at another Denny's, I decided to try the location next to Hwy 76 and I'm glad I did. ... This restaurant is spacious which nearly eliminates a lengthy weight. The best part of my experiences is the food is cookedexactly as I asked. Several times at my former favorite the food left me with a frown instead of a smile. I typically go toDenny's for breakfast once a week and this one is now my favorite one. Read more
