So this was the worst experience!! Website says ALL El Pollo Loco restaurants except EBT, NOT TRUE/ FALSE ADVERTISING! What a... humiliating episode.. The clerk at the window made me feel like trash while running around asking everyone what to do. So now Ihave all the employees looking at me like I'm a serial chicken theif! After feeling singled out I just paid the 25.00 and wenton my way. And wouldn't you know it, my order was wrong! I to may give corporate a call. So unacceptable. Read more
The quality of our chicken order from this location several days ago was very poor. The chicken pieces were not ony very... small, but taste wasn't good and they were dried out. I seems that the food quality from this location has been getting worsefor the last several months and that is sad because we used to frequent Pollo Loco frequently.
