The tables were dirty so I asked them to clean them and even after they cleaned them they were still dirty. They cleaned them... with a couple of paper napkins. They just threw the crumbs onto the seat that we were going to sit on and left them there. Itseemed as though everyone who was working there was new and had little if any training. Read more

Our experience was horrible! The only way it could've been better was if we got our food. But three different people and more... than five tries and they could not get it right! Last time I went I got my food but not my pies I was definitely not going back just for that but we were upset since that was... the craving to begin with I went another time always get fries with no salt I didn?t only get fries with salt but the frieswornt lined up as should be and I literally got a size medium when I paid for a large this morning they didn?t give me what Iasked for I return the ice coffee they send me to park I?m there and there and nothing I go in they didn?t know about the icecoffee I told manger that if I go through drive thru it?s because I don?t want to get off my car sure enough didn?t even know Ibeen waiting he asked how many pumps I wanted I said idk I always say extra he raises his voice saying I?m trying to help yougive me a number like I?m soposto know how many pumps they put to begin with it?s always something with this place all the timesad part is it?s down the street from my house but I don?t mind driving to mission ave I?ve had enough with this place that Alexmanger needs more management training we?re just done with this place!!! Great service for the most part. The fountain drink I received had some type of liquid on the side that almost looked like... blood. Instead of replacing the entire drink including the cup the customer service representative poured the drink from thesame cup into a new one. When I informed her there was liquid on the side and it could contaminate my new drink, she explainedthat it was because she touched the ice cream machine. I'm not dead yet so....far so good. I wanted to try McDonald?s new limited time world wide ?Tomato Mozzarella Crispy Chicken on a artisan bun? on July 19, 2019,... this Sandwich was really delicious the chicken patty was very crispy, thick, and juicy. It was a party in my mouth! The mediumsize French Fries was crunchy and was lightly seasoned with salt and for dessert I ate the Hot Fudge Sundae with reduced fatvanilla ice cream and Fisher peanuts. I love peanuts on my ice cream. The cashier who took my order was very friendly andpolite. The woman manager was very nice and gave me a take out Sundae carrier with a lot of napkins and ketchup.
