Positives: Nice staff. Great drinks. Quick service. Great evening ambiance. Kid friendly. Not so positives: Super dirty play... things for kids, bland food (I'm talking to you Albacore Bowl and cauliflower tacos), high drink prices for high dollar. Read more

Made a reservation for 8 on Sunday morning at 11:45 and was seated 5 minutes early. We were served by Taylor and she did an... amazing job. Our drinks and food came out promptly and were the perfect temperature. The French toast had a nice corn flakecoating on it and was light, not too heavy or too sweet. The smoked pork hash with the fried egg was also nice and was areasonably serving size. It was my brother-in-law's birthday so they brought us the complimentary pretzel bites with ice creamand a berry topping. Very tasty. Well definitely come again soon. Read more

Top notch service. The atmosphere is idealistic for relaxing, celebrating, or partying. Even down to the rustic inspired... bathrooms, complete with louder speakers to drown bathroom noise and tampons in the stalls. And I havent even gotten to the foodand drink. Their spirits are top notch quality, and the food is just as wonderful. The mahi mahi tacos are exactly what I meanwhen I say I'm craving fish tacos. Ooooo and the pretzal bites are out of this world good. Go here to eat and drink. Like, now, run, dont walk. Read more

A great, open-air distillery and restaurant with a vast selection of spirits and cocktails! I loved this restaurant. We were... promptly seated at a little 2-top in their main dining area, right next to a huge open window with a great view of thestreet. We kicked things off with a round of cocktails: a Skeleton Kru for me and a Sand Dollar for my wife. All cocktails madehere use spirits from the distillery, with the Skeleton Kru showcasing their PCS White Rye Whisky against notes of brown sugarand peach. It was fantastic. We ordered the albacore tuna rolls to start, which in my head were sushi rolls, despite the menuclearly stating the we're little tuna sandwiches on Hokkaido milk buns. After tasting them, I was delighted anyway. To thosesensitive to heat, the toasted garlic with chili pepper flakes on top packs a mild punch. I cannot gush about the chicken andbiscuits enough. Two juicy, dark, perfectly lightly battered chicken thighs sit filleted atop a fluffy, gently sweet biscuit. Ahot honey cascades down the entire mountain, a golden river of rich deliciousness perfectly melding with the salty chicken andthe buttery biscuit. My mouth waters thinking about it. I had a Manhattan Blonde to finish the meal off, and throughly enjoyedtheir take on the beverage. I have a propensity to try to find reasons to love a restaurant. This one made that job incrediblyeasy by not giving me anything that I didn't love. I can't wait to go back! Read more

Saw photos from a friend and finally made it in. Such a comfortable, unique atmosphere. Friendly servers and bartenders that... know how to make a good drink. Love that it’s their brand they’re serving up as well. I only got pics of our drinks becausethe PCS American Smash and Brisket Torta didn’t stand a chance. Both were equally delicious. I will say the brisket had a nicespicy heat to it that was uniquely enjoyable. Perfect French fries too. Enjoyed after dinner shots of their Coffee Whiskey -First Light (dark roast) my personal fav. PCS had fabulous service and cocktails crafted to perfection. Be careful of some of their dishes if you're sensitive to spice... but the staff is great with their recommendations and willing to substitute. There was a live acoustic band, a large partyoutside, and a busy brunch crowd but we were still attended to fabulously. Will definitely be back! Read more

We were driving by this place and decided to give it a shot. The food was fantastic! The prices were absolutely reasonable and... portions were nice. There's plenty of outdoor seating too and some cozier, lounge areas inside. Live music was an unexpectedtreat. Drinks were just OK. I had a Negroni which left me very underwhelmed. But I will definitely go back and try some of theirwhiskey and brew offerings. They have a stellar selection. Read more
