Y?all, I was hesitant to visit with all the negative reviews?but this place is good! As I walked in one of the workers was... walking out (probably on break) but he greeted me and the guy at the front cashier was very pleasant as well. Wow. This was hands down the worst chicken I?ve ever had in my life. How can you serve a customer literally only joint pieces... WITH BONES. How can someone just be okay with preparing cooking and then serving chicken bones to someone. Someone whodefinitely was shown a picture with blatant breast and thigh pieces with luxurious meat and sauce. I didn?t mention that we alsogot no sauce. We ordered their bourbon chicken which is on point at literally every outer PUS location I?ve dined at but Jesushave mercy on your soul if you eat here you?re in for one hell of a time? would not recommend. I have been craving Chinese food for the last six months but didn?t like the Chinese places near me? TILL I DISCOVERED THAT PICK... UP STICKS WAS THE HOLLY GRAIL OF FAMILY CHINESE FOOD! My life has changed because of this place. ORANGE CHICKEN AND FRIED riceis the bomb. Highly recommend! Read more
Just had an AMAZING experience. Super clean, super organized. Had some last minute changes/ additions to my order and they... handled it easily. Spectacular service with a smile (at least that's what the young ladies eyes said since all were masked andgloved appropriately). I thought this place wouldn't be good because it's a chain. Boy am I wrong. And food is approximately 50cents cheaper per menu item then the other places nearby. Sorry guys I'm converting to pick up Stix. I'm glad I listened to a 14yr Olds food advice! I was kind of hesitant to go here because i thought it would be like Panda n because of all the bad reviews but i took a chance.... I called n ordered n even though i kind if gave the lady that answered a hard time n drilled her with questions. She maintaineda cool n friendly demeanor. When i get there to get my order, she was working the register and she was very nice n pleasant. Ididnt get her name but she had like hot pink or purple hair n she was all about customer service. I think alot of the complaintsmight be cause alot if people want to be catered n waited on n you reap what sow so if you go around being a nasty ugly personguess what? Thats what is coming back to you. I noticed alot of complaints was about the price. Nobody is making you pay for itshop around n find another spot thats cheaper. Anyways, i ordered the Mongolian beef with steam rice n it was surprisingly goodbut the experience with the lady with the hof pink hair made the food n trip that much mire better. Worst meal in ages. No lunch items. Chicken was burned, full.of tendon and gristle. Threw half in trash
