So I order a pizza and the delivery guy pulls into my driveway leaks oil all in my driveway then he can test it he never leaked... oil in my driveway I have them on video I submit the video to the manager the manager said she's going to pay to get the oilstain out of my driveway and it's been I don't know almost 6 months since they haven't reached out or sent any type of paymentnow the person I had pressure wash the oil stain out of my driveway because of the HOA is on top of me about getting my drivewaycleaned out it's now threatening to sue me because Pizza Hut hasn't paid them yet first and foremost rule 101 never pull yourcar into a customer's driveway everyone knows that not only that the driver thought he was going to intimidate me after I cameinto the store to file a complaint where do they do that at Read more

The driver demanded a tip and when I said I don't have cash on me he then told me next time I should and it was rude not to have... one. After that he walks to his car cursing at me and I was in shock. I have never had a driver demanded a tip and come at meout of pocket like that. Read more
I haven?t ordered from Pizza Hut in years and yesterday due to the extreme heat I decided to order from them for dinner. Let?s... just say I wish I hadn?t, I ordered 2 Detroit Style Pizzas, the crust was good and crispy but if I wanted cheese bread Iwould?ve ordered it. It came to $53 which included a tip, huge waste of money! The so called pizza was crust with cheese on itand then the spooned on top of the cheese an awful bbq tasting sauce! This is not pizza!!! When I order a pizza I expect it tohave pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese, not crust with cheese and bbq sauce spooned on top. People don?t waste your money, thereare plenty of family owned places to go to, I got lazy to go out and pick it up but I won?t make that mistake twice. Read more
If I had the choice to pick ZERO stars I would. I ordered two pizzas for my kids to enjoy on the long drive back home after... Legoland and realized when I went to serve them the pizzas, first of all had the wrong toppings.. sausage and olives..I orderedpepperoni. Being on the road and already atleast twenty minutes away from where I picked them up..I decided to pick off thetoppings just so they can eat. As soon as they took a couple bites you can see how chewy the pizza was.. Seemed to appearmelting as they bit into them. Melting it was not, the dough was raw. I immediately called Pizza Hut and was cut off midsentence of telling them their mistakes, put on hold for about 11 minutes.. When they picked up the line they hung up. I calledback.. No answer. Called back they said they were getting a manager placed me on hold for 27 minutes this time and never pickedup the line after that. Read more
Fast delivery, great food! They're open late and our food arrived quickly and piping hot, will order again!
Called to place an order at 10:30pm and after employee reassured me that the order would be made and ready to pick up in 15mins... I pulled up and lights were off, location closed and nobody picked up the phone anymore. Extremely disappointed with the poorservice employee provided being that she completely made it seem as she was legitimately taking my order, provided me withspecials and even gave me a total amount for my order. It would be much nicer and logical to let the customers know it is toolate to place an order instead deliberately fooling clientele. Read more
