Come on now, Starbucks has BEEN the best, hands down, for YEARS... I can not recall ever getting a bad coffee, tea, or sanwhich.... OR even that lemon iced cake! Incredible! They have and always will be my favorite. Read more
Only giving 2 stars because my friend enjoyed the coffee so much. First off, noone acknowledged or greeted my friend, so after... she initiated communication, the second, she got what I felt was attitude and third, every inquiry she made about something wasanswered with an I don't know I'm new here. I understand if someone is new and doesn't have a full understanding of their dutiesbut customer service should always be the focus and I felt she did not recieve that. Read more
