Food tastes good as always but once again missing items I like taco bell but I'm constantly missing one item or another
It was freezing in there and the manager wouldn't turn the air conditioner off not even for just a little bit. I was shaking... while I was eating my food. They have stayed consistent in quality and friendliness overthe last 3 years, even during the peak of a pandemic. Their employees are always so nice and efficient. Taco Bell is still the best. I was looking for a quick get in get out place. Right then here comes a Taco Bell on my side of... the street. My order was done perfectly and the items were made exactly as promised. The food was hot and the items werewrapped and clean of food mess. The portion size was correct not the under weight portioned items. The order was fast out thewindow with napkins and my favorite mild sauce packets. The meal was perfect. Well done Taco Bell. The restaurant is run very efficiently and is clean everytime especially during the morning hours here. The food is always hot... and steamy plus it's full of flavour and you never feel cheated size wise plus they have new items all the time. You can refillyour own drinks at the Pepsi dispenser. There is no Coke here either. The counter help is always friendly and orders are readyquickly. When using the Taco Bell app your food and drinks will be waiting when you get there behind the counter. You can alsoorder in store before reaching the counter area which helps to reduce wait time. There are electrical outlets at several tablesso you can also bring your computer anytime however there is no available WiFi and that's a bit of a downer. There are also twovery clean multi use bathrooms which require no key or passcose either. Read more
The first time in my life going through the Drive-thru and the gentleman working the window was purposely not leaning out at all... to grab my debit card nor reach out to assist handing me the bags of food and drinks. It was obvious he was doing it on purpose.Having an employee like this will do nothing but ruin the reputation of your location. I am sure this person has alreadyreceived complaints of different nature. If I decide to go back to this location and he is there, I will be asking him for hisname and the store managers name, to make a formal complaint. Horrible experience. Read more
