If I could give a 0 I would. They always get the order incorrect which is whatever it?s not a huge deal but today my husband and... I went there to get some breakfast. They charged the card and denied giving us food because they said it didn?t go through. WhenI showed them the charge on the bank statement, they lady just said to go talk to the bank. It took about 10 minutes of tellingthem the charge went through and showing them the bank statement had a charge on it. Then they just got the order wrong. There?salways an issue with this location. Not only is this The slowest Wendy?s service I?ve encountered it just about takes the cake for the slowest order time I?ve... encountered in any fast food restaurant ever. Check your order before leaving they mess up often. Also the drive thru is always packed, line moves really slow.

My daughter had an online examination from 10 am to 11 am at home, Pasadena. And she would have a lab lesson at Scripps... Institution at La Jolla starts at 1:30 pm. That means we only have 2 and half hours to drive all the way from Pasadena to LaJolla and we need lunch. The routes normally take 2 hours once the traffic is normal, but we had taken almost 4 hours. Icalculated the timing and found that this Wendy's will be the best point in the middle to have something to eat. I have neverbeen to Wendy's before even I always think the little girl icon on the roof is cute. I didn't see any beef cheeseburger on themenu, we both got the Big Bacon Cheddar, which has crispy bacon and a fried chicken breast. The Chicken was tender and juicy,we both agreed it was much better than imagination. My daughter said the whole burger was a little salty but I felt ok. Read more
Great fast service. We decided to dine in and really enjoyed our nuggets, burgers, salads and chili. It was nice to get... everything we asked for including the sauces we asked for. With the amount of food we ordered they could have easily forgotsomething but they did not. We will be back for sure! Thank u Wendy's for such great service ???? Read more
The worst service, asked for garlic fries and she repeated the order and didn?t give garlic fries, and there was no lettuce on... our burgers that come with lettuce. Fu**** gross. Read more
