Came in around 9 on a Saturday night. The young girl who checked us out was very rude. From the beginning, you could tell she... did not want to be there. She seemed fed up with the job. As she gave my husband the total I realized I forgot the caramel. Iwent ahead & added it & as soon as I did she said ?next time add the caramel before you pay? to which I replied ?okay?. I thenturned to my husband & told him I had forgotten to add it before he payed. The young girl looked up at me & said ?what did yousay?? as if she were trying to instigate a situation. I said ?oh I was speaking to my husband? & she replied ?okay? whilerolling her eyes. If the caramel issue really disturbed her that much, she could have asked me to pay the difference and I wouldhave been more than happy to do so (after all how much could a pump of caramel cost?). It is clear that these employees lack thebasics in customer service. The yogurt is delicious but her lack of professionalism left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more

Really good stuff here. I enjoy all the changing flavors as well as the standards. All of the employees are very friendly. We... are all fans of frozen yogurt. The day of your visit will determine the atmosphere. Wednesday is family day. So, expect a lot oflittle ones. It is amazing how much energy they have. Read more
