I had a great experience at this carvel location! I found the whole store to be extremely well looked after and extremely tidy... :). I was greeted warmly and experienced above and beyond customer service from the branches manager ?Tea?, she helped me and mychildren out in a swift friendly manner and managed to get all our toppings just right! If there was a zero star that's what this place would get.. I've been to many other carvels and this 1 is the worst hands down.... The service was absolutely terrible by a young boy who definitely was not trained well or couldn't bother with working. Carvelis my favorite ice cream but I would never go back to this one. Read more
Carvel saves the day!! My custom order edible cake topper ripped... I reached out to "Z" at Carvel.. Within an hr, he reprinted... the picture and gave me all the tools needed to reapply the new topper. The cake came out Fantastic!! Besides delicious icecream, the customer service is on point!! I don't know what happened but the two sundaes we had tasted like chemical. First they said there was no mint then all of a... sudden got the machine working. They were not even tolerable to eat. Threw everything in the garbage. Third time ordering fromhere and there's always something wrong. Not attempting here anymore after this awful experience. Eat at your own risk! Read more
