Food tastes good (like every Chipotle) but this location is TERRIBLY managed and has been for about 2 years or so. Consistently... messing up orders, waiting 10-20 minutes past the promised pick-up time when mobile ordering, also it's a common occurrence whenthis location randomly closes during noon on a weekday. Highly suggest going elsewhere, or just understand beforehand thatyou'll likely deal with these same issues unfortunately. Read more

Who manages this place? It is run incredibly poorly. Recently ordered to pickup, when I arrived the store had a sign that it was... currently closed and would be opening a half hour later. Since I had already submitted my order, I decided to wait. Then openingtime came and went. Other people outside the store were calling to get some answers. Finally another 20 minutes later theyopened for mobile order pickup only (so people who were waiting to go in and order now had to order through the app). Theemployees were very disorganized. Ive ordered from this place 3 times. Twice for delivery and once in person. The rice at this location is never cooked all the... way. I don't like chewing on hard pieces of rice especially for $12. Read more

ZERO Stars. Placed an online order. Went to pick it up and was told they wouldn?t make our order because they said ?they didn?t... have any food? left at 6:15pm????? How do you run out of everything???? Instead of food they gave us a phone number to get arefund. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. Corporateneeds to shut this location down. Go to Moe?s down the block instead. Read more

This place is the most brutally ran business I?ve ever been too. They always have something missing. I?ve been there when they... had no chips, no corn, no lettuce, no rice?. One time they had no regular chicken?. How do you run out of these ingredients,they are what make chipotle chipotle. Today I go in and they tell me and multiple other customers they have to order online. Whycouldn?t they just have someone take the order? They have to read it off paper? It just doesn?t make sense. I don?t know if it?slaziness on behalf of the employees or some ridiculous management strategy but I?ve had enough. I ordered an online order through the website for the Oceanside location. As I was eating the burrito I noticed there was a... piece of hair stuck to it. At that moment, I could not find a customer service number so I went to the location directly. When Iwent to the store, I immediately asked the cashier named Tiana for the manager. She called over one of her coworkers who claimedhe was the manager. I told him about my issue, which was I had hair stuck to my food. He didn?t even bother to look at the foodwith the piece of hair stuck to it. He says he can give me a refund of 12 dollars when I paid 15.50 dollars, not including thedelivery and service fees. I told him I paid 15.50 for the same burrito that he only wants to give me 12 dollars back for. Iwanted my FULL REFUND on the food. I was willing to lose out on the service and delivery fees. He proceeded to tell me he has along line and I need to figure out what I would like to do. I did not want that location making another order for me! As theproblem escalated, he still did not care about my concerns as the supposed ?manager? and just kept telling me about the longline. I asked him for his name and he told me I don?t need it. If you?re a manager, why would you have an issue giving yourfirst name out? As I?m walking out, he says ?that?s why your order was not refunded anyways?. As a manager, this is not how theproblem should?ve been assessed, especially when it?s not the customer?s fault. Hair in someone?s food is very unsanitary. Thecustomer service at this location is terrible and I will never give chipotle another dollar from all the hassle I had to gothrough over someone else?s hair being in my food. Everyone needs a little Delivery every once and a while right well we did on Monday March 28th. 1st off the Food took 1 hr and... 1/2 to be delivered when I was told it should take only 1/2 hr. 2nd the food arrived extremely cold and too top it off the bowlswere half empty or maybe half full (See picture). I always enjoy some chipotle but this right here is absurd! I literally spent$81 on all my items and did not feel the Chipotle experience what so ever!
