Don?t ever Order Ralph?s on door dash! They put so many orders in the same car and by the time you get yours, it is completely... melted, I had to throw mine away, a complete waste of time and money!!!!!!! Read more
Saturday hours say open till 11pm. Wanted to grab a quick treat with my pregnant wife who was having a craving. Showed up... tonight at 10:50 to a locked door. Other customers were inside, One of the two staff members started moping and gave a rude ?weare closed? gesture. Update your hours if people are going to make a trip for nothing. We aren?t sitting to dine in, it?sscooping ices, would have been out and happy within the 10 mins. Read more
I have not known about this Ralph?s for so long! I cannot believe how much I have missed out. This place is an absolute hidden... gem and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I love the locations where you can walk inside and I was immediately greeted whileone woman was taking a big order. After waiting she apologized for the wait (which was not necessary) but she was so sweet andattentive. Kauser was the woman helping me with my order and I adored her personality! I am the annoying customer that had toask if they had 3 flavors in stock but she was quick to help me. I appreciate her patience greatly and we even had a chat aboutthe store and things going on right now. I manage 2 icecream stores so we talked about that as well which was refreshing to talkwith someone in the same form of business. This store is cute, cozy, and very welcoming. The customer service here was fantastic. There are more than just ices here. Lattes, cookie dough, sundaes. Key lime pie is my... favorite flavor ice. Size small is the perfect size. They close for winter on December first and re-open the first week ofMarch. Read more
