As someone who had worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and was professionally trained in proper waitstaff and... restaurant etiquette, I can safely say that there are very few restaurants I have been to that implement that level of decorum(both in Manhattan and Long Island). Dining at Tutti Noi was a breathe of fresh air; an experience that not only met thoseprofessional standards but exceeded them. The waitstaff is kind, polite, quiet, accommodating and attentive. The food wassimply outstanding. It's clear they strive to create relaxing and beautiful dining experience. My one piece of advice is tomake reservations as their crew wants to make sure you have enough time to enjoy your meal. My experience here was delightful. The hospitality was awesome and the service was great. The food was well seasoned and came... out hot. I really liked that. I had a variety of dishes and I ended up allowing them to cater for a gathering that I'm having.The gathering is a few days away so I'll see if my guest enjoys it as well. The owner is a Classy lady. The service was ok, the manager there was not nice at all- same over the phone when making the reservations, our server was fine... but didn?t know enough about the dishes and had hard time to answer questions The drinks - awful, my old fashion had nothing todo with old fashion Appetizers, nothing is home made, the antipasto board was entirely from jars on to a board. It was verydisappointing. Borata- was very good Main course, really simple dishes, no creativity, nothing unique, Boring steak that wasproperly cooked and asparagus that was wrongly cooked and served mooshy. Desert, Panacota was excellent. Environment:horrible! They have 5 tables there in a tiny restaurant, they took reservations of a party of 12, who had a party next to allthe couples, extremely loud, why would they accept such reservations on a Saturday night? Owner is also the host and is the rudest person in the restaurant business we?ve ever encountered. She rushed us 40 minutes into... our dinner to order now or leave! Small uncomfortable seating, overpriced horrible experience! Will never go back! There weresix empty tables and she gave us the worst table so asked to move.
