This was quite possibly the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been in. 6 employees plus the cook, and 6 customers in line. The food... prep line was very noticeably oily and lots of food particicles up and down the food prep line. The drink station was anabsolute mess. There was straw paper trashed in the fork and knife cup holders. No hot sauce available, the drink dispenser hadnot been wiped down in a long time with many stains. I order the food thru the app to pick up at 1pm get there at 1:14 the food wasn?t ready, imwich I understand that they can be a... little behind but this is the crazy part, the lady on the register told me that i have to do the line to re order my food, Icouldn?t believe it, for some reason i order it trhu the app wich my food was alredy paid and all this with a reallyunprofessional attitude, worst staff that i ever seen in a Chipotle. We always enjoy Chipotle, but not this visit. They must have had a bad day. Slow getting the food, the main register was down... and a long hair in our food. When we finally were able to eat everything was delicious. We'll go back. Read more
They need more employees. The ones that work there work really hard, but they are not enough. I was waiting for more than half... an hour for a mobile order. The same cashier prepare orders and do other stuff. And the place needs a better cleaning to. Read more
Ironically I'm not usually one to leave a review. This location has been a consistent problem so much so that I rarely visit it.... Today had to be the icing on the cake though. I ordered a burrito and half of my toppings are on the side in little cups. Thiswasn't a online order either it was in person and when I said something about it the young lady seem to have an attitude thesituation wasn't resolved either. Money isn't easy to come by nowadays especially when it wasted like this. I understand properemployees are hard to come by as well. At the end of the day it's just a consistent disappointment. I ordered Uber eats from here and this is what I received. How and when is it ever okay to send someone something so sloppy and... half full? My husband ordered a burrito and look what he got! Picked up an online order for 6 people. 4 bowls, 1 salad, 1 tacos. The chips were beyond stale with heaps of salt loaded onto a... single chip. Paid for guacamole for most of the items and the guac was missing from most of them. One of the chicken bowls waslacking chicken. Another was given white rice and black beans when brown rice and pinto beans was stated. The only thing notmessed up were the drinks and that?s because we ordered bottled.
