Worst experience ever. We decided to go inside because there was only one customer inside and a long line at drive thru. We... were disappointed to see the drive thru line flying by while the customers inside had to wait. Very frustrating to see drivethru be prioritized over people who took the effort to walk in side. This Dunkin? is a joke. I tried ordering at the drive thru and a guy was coughing. I asked if he was ok and he just kept... coughing and laughing. I could literally hear him laughing. That?s disgusting so I left. That store is clearly unsanitary. Read more
I am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service. We placed our order and pulled around and it was a solid 7 minutes... before anyone even came to the window and when they did they claimed both of our cards were declined. The coffees were not mixedproperly and we ended up just handing them back because our child was losing his mind in the car waiting. Not one bit ofcustomer service, not one greeting. Just rudeness and apathy towards the entire transaction. Can?t wait for the Starbucks toopen across the street and let me be clear when I say I absolutely hate Starbucks. Read more
I have a closer DD to my house, but I refuse to go to that one. I drive extra miles to come to this location. Not only is food,... drinks always fresh and very tasty. But the staff is incredibly professional and kind. Great service every time! Read more

So I went in the drive-through to order my free frozen coffee and a wake up wrap, there was a inconvenience while in the... drive-through. Anyways , When I pulled through,they gave me my order and they gave me whipped cream on my coffee & two wake upwraps instead of just one I ordered . Such amazing service from Dunkin? Donuts! I stopped going to this Dunkin' location after drinking bad coffee. That was years ago. I visited again today to give it another... try. I'm happy to report that their coffee making skills have improved (coffee pot probably cleaner too). The staff were helpfuland efficient. The bathroom is clean. The egg/sausage sandwich I ordered was good. I'm now planning on installing their rewardsapp for my upcoming trips in the near future! Read more
