I have nothing but positive things to say about this location! Kenny the manager/owner is amazing and a true flavor expert. His... turn on a Cafe con Leche (the Cafe con Kenny) is one of our faves and today he made us an amazing chocolate orange one that isout of this world! I love Foxtail coffee! But Marrissa @ the Ocoee location has been the best! Her professionalism & knowledge to offer me the most... delicious drinks has exceeded my expectations and it is because of her that I got to love Foxtail! ???? I came into Foxtail to work and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! I felt very welcomed by the two employees working Lauren... and Bri! They helped me pick out a drink and offered different milk alternatives! They both were so helpful and kind and as Iworked both checked on me to see if I needed water or anything else! They both really went above and beyond with a very goodattitude! I will definitely be coming back and was so amazed at the excellent customer service, the coffee, and the calmingatmosphere! Read more
The manager is so professional and kind, along with all the staff. They were patient with answering questions and went out of... their way to be friendly and invest in each person's experience. Yes the lattes are a bit pricey but I'd pay that again andagain to support a business with this level of effort. First time visiting this location. Had to get some Christmas shopping + work done and this adorable coffee shop did not... disappoint. Peaceful, aesthetic, and clean was my first impression. The barista, Marina, gave me amazing customer service alongwith a much appreciated drink recommendation. It's always refreshing going places that prioritize the customers overallexperience and make them feel valuable. Can I give 10 stars somehow? Because that is what this place deserves! The ambience is amazing! Cozy and subdued music just... enough to set the scene, low lighting just enough to see everything but not blinding. And the staff?AMAZING!!! I was hoping myreceipt kept the names but alas it wasn?t there.(between 1-2p) The young lady who helped me was outstanding, great suggestionsfor my cold brew flight! The coconut mocha, must try! After that I ended up with a half gallon of cold brew to take home, but Ikinda wanted flavors to it. The manager and barista had the same thoughts to put some flavor in a few cups and then I can addthe flavor when I get home to each cup to my liking. I spent even more time just chatting with the staff, great team and theygo the extra mile to make sure you get what you want! Please come here and show this Foxtail location some love!! Probably the smallest Foxtail but I think it?s my new favorite ?? I usually go for a great cup of coffee but changed it up & got... a cold chai latte? that was perfect. The manager Zia, was super friendly and wanted to be sure we were happy with everything. Wewere. And we?ll be back. If you can?t find it at first, keep looking.
