Poor customer service. Literally won?t toss chicken for wraps in a sauce wants to give you everything on the side. Asked what... the difference from ordering the buffalo wrap that?s tossed in sauce and subbing it for another sauce?. So I ordered a bunch offood and decided not to pick it up! Way to go! Customer Service 5 Star. Food/Quality 1 Star. First visit to location, questioning why we didn?t go 25 mins away to Sand Lake... location afterwards. Order of fries as side and with 5 piece meal, cold and not seasoned. Told by manager, they?d comp a largefry. But after inspecting my salad, it?s welted and not eatable, I won?t return here again. As we entered the building our two year old stared crying. Heather, a sweet young lady offered our daughter apple juice. This... made our daughter very happy. Throughout our dining experience Heather and another young lady interacted with our daughter, giving high five and fist bumps. Seriously great chicken fingers. If you?ve ever eaten at Raisin? Canes you will find this eerily similar. Once big difference is... the volume of sauces you have to choose from to dip your tenders in. Really a nice add on to a great tasting chicken tender. Read more

Decided to try HM's today instead of Chick-fil-a and I am glad I did. Great garlic parmesan tenders flavor and the fries have a... great yummy seasoning as well.
