Tristan's customer service is absolutely amazing. He makes it feel like a home. There needs to be more Tristans lol.
I went in about 30 minutes before they closed to get 2 pizzas and some cheesy bread and the guy brought it to me right away. I... thought nothing of it because usually the pizza is ready right away, but I got home and opened the box and I swear, this pizzacould?ve been the fake manna bread they serve at church during Passover. It was so stale I could?ve thrown it like a frisbee,and probably would?ve stuck In the wall. My daughter went to take a bite and I had to stop her because she just got her babyteeth and I didn?t want them to all break out because of one misplaced bite into this metal pizza excuse. I had to actually putit in my recycling because of the cardboard quality. All jokes aside, next time I?ll make sure to schedule a dentist visit aswell as a gastroenterologist appointment so I don?t have to worry about an emergency room visit and bill. I would?ve preferred akrusty krab pizza delivered three days late on the back of a boulder (it?s a rockkkk) than this crusted cheese. Read more

Very Dirty Restaurant!! Run for your life!! I work in the fast food industry for over 10 years & let me tell you this place is... awful. Filthy from the moment you walk in. Where are your mask and gloves? Why are your uniforms so dirty? Why are there dirtytowels on the floor? Too the boy twisting his hair why?? Just why are you guys so dirty? You all will get someone sick!! Youguys will make me get back in game so i can fire you all!! Whoever owns this business,you will be out of business soon if youdont get it together. Good Luck!! Let me tell you why Lil Ceasars are not like that other pizza with Red and Green boxes. First, they make a quality product at a... very affordable price. I know first hand as every Friday is pizza night in my house. More importantly let me share why LilCeasars stands above all others in there category. Sliver Star Location 12/05/2019 or an extra most pepperoni. Got homereceived a pepperoni, mushroom, onions and sausage pizza and too boot it was cold. Called the location spoke to a manager statedmy issue and left my name. Was advised to return when possible for pizza. Sliver Star Location 12/06/2019 returned the next dayspoke with another manager and stated what happened and what I needed. While he could not find my name as stated to the previousmanager (-1 Star). About 6 minutes later he handed over a piping hot Extra Most Pepperoni Pizza (see photo). So, we had pizzanight two days straight! I think local management learned a valuable lesson in communication. I remain steadfast that we arenot perfect but are always provide an opportunity to make it right and Lil Ceasars does that better than any of the other pizzajoints. That other company with the red and green boxes have a lot to learn. You can hire all the celebrities you want too. At the Ocoee location next to CVS waiting in the lobby where no one acknowledge me walking in! I sat and waited even got in eye... view of everyone working. Had to say hello to them and ask them if I could order!!! You got a guy on his phone in the backcutting up a pizza talking all over the pizza no gloves! Two other employees off to the side talking to each other never cameover to help! Its 7:48pm I?m still standing here writing this with no help! The ?Manager? Angelina finally came over 15minslater to take my order(which by the way is one simple pepperoni pizza) no apologies. Just what did I want! If this is the typeof people your company is putting in management I?m sure you?ve had other complaints! I work in the hospitality industry there?sno way any of our managers would act as such!
