So let?s see. I ordered at 5:57. At 6:40 I got a call. They miss-boxed the order and delivered my order to someone else. Fine.... They said they would give a $10 credit and give me a large instead of a medium, and it would be an additional 15 minutes. It?snow 8:44 almost 3 hours after my order and no food. I called waited on hold for 20 minutes. Then called corporate to be toldthey would get back to me in 1-3 days. Then called again waited on hold for 41 minutes then they finally picked up and hung upto disconnect me. All the while still no food. My 4 month old is asleep or I would have drove up to the store. If you get yourfood you are lucky. But god forbid there?s an issue, just go somewhere else and ask corporate for a refund because you willnever get someone to answer. I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience of my life. If management looks at these, pleasecontact me. Read more

Ordered 2 orders of breadsticks using my rewards points and after 90 minutes waiting for food, the breadsticks weren't included.... 6 calls to customer service, and 6 hang ups later I gave up. Pepperoni lover comes with about 2 and a half pepperoni per slice on a large..... if I had gotten the same amount of pepperoni... on a personal pan maybe I would call it pepperoni lover... but not this, this place always does this Read more
I've ordered from here numerous times and have been very pleased although last night something was missing. First my order was... correct and the lady helping me was very nice. Now the bad part. The hand tossed seemed like thin. I'd hate to see what the thinwas. Also not much sauce. However I'm completely disappointed in the boneless wings. After being disappointed in Little Cesar'swing size we opted to try Pizza Hut as I just knew they were good. It's been a while but my memory isn't bad and those wingsused to be way bigger to fill a bowl even an 8 count . They could have saved the bowl and put in a tiny Tupperware for the sizethey were. If I knew the size then I would not have ordered. I'd say chicken nuggets are bigger and cheaper but if you wantpopcorn chicken that are $1 each then buy these. They didn't even fill the bottom of the container. The sauce was good but Iwould have been so embarrassed if I worked there and sent them out the door that way. I know it's not this locations fault asthat is what the supplier gives but dang. It reflects on this location now. So now I can't order pizza from my go to placesanymore because my husband only likes pizza with wings. I told him I'll buy a bag from the store and get way more for the sameprice. Over two hours for my online order. I was told that I called and requested pick up, regardless the fact that I didn't. The... manager was nice in offering a refund for my pizzas that were sitting there for an hour and 45 minutes. However, this could havebeen avoided with some organization and communication. Unfortunately, this is not the first 'hiccup' at this location. Fool meonce... I doubt my family will return. Read more
I placed an order this evening for two thin crust pepperoni pizzas. My order arrived incorrectly. I received two cheese only... pies. I called the store to inform them of the error. My youngest son is Autistic and won?t eat pizza without pepperoni. It wasserious meltdown mode in my home with dinner delayed as well. The manager stated that they would deliver the order correctlywithin 30 to 40 minutes but I have to give them back the two cheese pizzas. I was a bit taken aback given the whole COVIDsituation. The only reason I can assume the manager demanded the incorrect order to be returned (very unsanitary) is that theyassume I was lying. How incredibly insulting! I have my order receipt and photos of the incorrect pies as proof. Not a problem,I pulled the cheese pie out of the garbage can and will return it for the correct one. Will never return to this location again. After waiting and hour for our food, I was informed our order was lost and it would... take an additional 15 minutes. I just got a refund and left. While sitting there, I over heard numerous complaints from othercustomers about wrong items delivered, wrong size ( medium vs large), if a mistake could be made - they did it.
