Mobile order place did not receive order till 30 min later. After watching the entire room being cleared out because Lindsay... asked everyone around me their name and what did that have, after 25 minutes of me standing there waiting I let her know when myorder was placed and she said that was fine. There is a reason why mobile ordering is used and to wait 30 minutes for a COLDcoffee drink and NOW my cold sandwich is unacceptable. Read more
Always a long line in drive thru but they get you taken care of pretty quickly. Consistent service and food quality.
Best staff in the business seriously! Been a customer for years now and it's honestly the same cool ???? vibe regardless if... they're slammed or it's slow. I'm always amazed at their work ethic and no one is fakey nice which I LOVE. One of the best Starbucks. They made the order right! Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
I am really disappointed in this Starbucks. I live nearby and frequent 3-6 times per week ordering through the mobile app. Over... the last 6 months, there have been multiple occasions where you can only pick up through the drive thru and the lobby iscompletely closed, without notice. If the app stated the lobby was closed, I could have made a more informed choice as acustomer. This gives me the option of waiting in the drive thru for over an hour, or leaving my order without a refund. Theemployees here are always polite and friendly, this is not their fault. I wish corporate would make an effort to be moretransparent when ordering on the mobile app, or simply not accept mobile orders. I can?t imagine how many customers either lefttheir orders without refund, or were late to work. Read more

Went to Starbucks today as they were closing (?I know?) but Mark served me with a smile. I thanked them so very much and he... specifically was very responsive and reassured me it was okay. Thank you Mark! And he was the one to make my drink, which tastedincredible. That coffee was much needed. Read more
I always go to this Starbucks location and have never had an issue. However I do recommend that they come up with a better... system for handling a large volume of orders at one time, especially when they have events like ?Red Cup Day?. Ridiculous. Also,they should consider putting employees with better attitudes at the counter, the gentleman handling the orders today wasEXTREMELY rude. Read more
