Place always full, service was reasonable, could be better. I ordered the starter and they didn't deliver and the main course... arrived before. It was canceled . I ordered the apple pie with ice cream which on the menu is beautiful and they gave mesomething horrible. See the photo. I didn't eat and I didn't complain. I do not recommend the restaurant. There are other muchbetter options. Never come back. Read more
Our server, Kaylee, only took our order and came by to see if we were satisfied with our food but didnt prebuss or give us any... drink refills. Our two cokes took a while to come out. Our salads beat our drinks to the table. The food was okay. The steakstaste great but was overcooked from the temperature we asked for. Overall it wasn’t the best dining experience. We love TexasRoadhouse so this experience was upsetting. Read more
Great food like always! Only issue I had was when you order curbside you expect to get just that. After calling the restaurant... and not getting an answer and waiting 11-15 mins in my car. I finally walked up to the to go window to pick up my food... Iunderstand that businesses are short staffed but this should be disclosed when someone is ordering. There were quite a few othercustomers who had to walk up to window after waiting. Read more
Went on Date night. We both love the atmosphere & the food is just delicious. My wife had the filet & I had the new York strip... both were excellent. The margaritas as you can see hit the spot after a long day/week at work. Great value for the money. Oneof our fav restaurants. Read more
Very good customer service. The food is always good and very well presented. Suggestion: Always order your food early, it always... takes a long time to prepare it and bring it to the table. Also, if you go on a weekend, be prepared for the host to tell you anhour to wait. They don't really care if you leave the store, they don't even tell you if it can be a little earlier or not, theyjust tell you one hour or more and you decide if you want to leave or not. My wife recommended this place and I’m glad I listened to her because it was amazing! From beginning to end everything was a... great experience. The hostess was very nice and made conversation on the way to our table. Our waiter was polite, personable andattentive. The bread they bring out is my new favorite thing to eat as I wait for the mail meal. Our food was delicious! I hadthe ribs and definitely will come back for more. On another note, my wife and I noticed a visually impaired employee workingthere. She folded the cutlery and wrapped it, I appreciate this establishment for giving her that opportunity. If you are looking for a place with a great service, and also for thick Steak cuts done with the precise way that you are... looking after; this is your place also the ambient is familiar and is also a very relaxed ambient! Not the cleanest Texas Roadhouse, but food was good. They need to do a deep cleaning inside and outside to bring this up to... Roadhouse standards. Dusty windows and blinds, torn seat cushions, grimy sidewalks. Read more
