The door and Google maps says they are open until 1 or 2. But for the last 6 times I?ve went there around midnight two people... are inside saying they are closed or just don?t answer the drive thru and they hide like children. Just change your hours or getnew staff. Every other Wendy?s around is better. Read more
I was excited to try their chili cheese fries today and it did not disappoint. Service was decent. I can't talk much about the... ambience because the store is closed. It's Friday night but I only saw two staff working behind the window. I could tell thatthey're busy, and tired. The car line for take-out was long. A huge shout out to Leslie! My family and I came in last night (11.14.22) for a quick bite to eat...My salad was perfect, my... son's chicken nuggets were perfect....My husbands double cheeseburger was not so perfect..lol When we approached the counter toask to have the cheeseburger remade...Leslie asked what the issue was and corrected and did so with a HUGE smile! The newburger was so HOT and FRESH....reminded us of how Wendy's use to be! But most of all the customer service given to us by LeslieEXCEEDED our expectations! Service was unfortunately what you expect from fast food standards these days, slow and non friendly. My lack of stars for this... Wendy's was the cleanliness. Trash cans out front were overflowing, the famous Wendy's ketchup pumps were not working andcovered in ketchup residue, the coke freestyle had coke and syrup residue running down the front and the tables were sticky andfood crumbs. Everyone is overworked and understaffed so I guess this Wendy's doesn't have anyone who works on keeping it clean.So I can only assume what the kitchen and food service area looks like. Read more
This location is the WORST! I went one morning and they had NO BREAD for sandwich & no manager on staff at the time! How can you... operate a business without your main ingredient! I later receive an email stating they could remake my breakfast at 5:00 PM!!This past weekend the manager Gabrielle was not customer friendly! He is rude! I ordered on app pick up inside to avoid thedrive through of course the doors are locked cause again they are short staff!! ( not my problem!) Dining shows they open at9:00 it was 10:00. I go through drive through and there?s complete silence so I say hello? He said hold. So I wait a few moreminutes and dead silence so I say hello? He says you need to be patient. I said I ordered through the app so I didn?t have towait in the drive thru line. He says well you can get out of the line because I?m not serving you breakfast! I asked to speak tothe manager which was him and I said how rude he continued to argue and say no your the rude one?! This is costumer service!Never again! I?ve come through the drive thru here maybe 10 times and about 7 of those times I was told for various reasons that they were... not taking orders. Today their ?system was down? and another time they decided they were only taking mobile orders at 8:00 pm.If you can get food it?s pretty good for Wendy?s, but overall the service is so inconsistent that whenever I want Wendy?s Idread coming here because more often than not I get turned away. DIRTY! My feet stuck to the floor everywhere I walked. Looks nice inside and seems to be new construction but definitely not... kept clean despite signs saying that?s a priority. Not a recommended stop. Read more
One of the nastiest Wendy's I have been to, is to bad that reviews are not being analyze by corporate, or maybe they don't care... as well. If the public spaces are that dirty I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like.
