I am really not one to review, especially negative reviews but WOW the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.... This was my second visit and also the second time they forgot things in my order, only for me to have to go back around and getstuck in the drive through for more than 30 minutes. I couldn?t wait anymore because I was trying to get kids home for bedtimeso had to leave. I called to ask for a refund for the food I didn?t receive and the lady that answered the phone immediatelygave me attitude and accused me of yelling at her and told me she couldn?t do anything for me unless I came back in(hard no, Idon?t have time to come back in for a mistake they made, especially with the wait times!). I understand places are under stressright now with lack of staff but that was no excuse for the extremely rude staff member. I have never had an experience likethis before and will not be visiting again for sure. Read more
I love going there for breakfast take out. However not always open, and dont always have the product. But there is plenty to... chose from. Very reasonable especially when they have coupons. Read more
Ordered two sandwiches. Both moldy. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away.
Food always on point but the wait through the drive-through is dyer!!!!! Sitting here 25 minutes and still don?t have the food.... The word fast lost on this establishment!!! Annoyed because feel they are understaffed or mis managed!!! Read more
I went through the drive thru and while waiting for my food I witnessed two employees standing right outside the door of... restaurant, smoking. They then proceeded to go into the restaurant and immediately went to bag up food behind the counterWITHOUT washing their hands!! First rule of thumb in food service?wash your hands!! Theres on 3 good employees out of all shifts at the store, the G.M. the Assistant G.M and 1 crew, everyones quitting their jobs... and the District Operator isnt Hiring people accordingly or at all to accomadate for the short commings of the company, theyjust hire who ever walks in the door instead of proper evaluation for the job. If I wanted mayo soup in a bread bowl I would go to Panera Bread. You have to give it to them, at least they are consistent at... something. Even though that something is making bad food. In the dozen or so times I've been to this location since it opened, Icannot say I have ever had a good experience. I keep telling myself "maybe this time will be different?" Everytime I am greetedby a stale bun, hard cheese, cold patty and soggy vegetables absolutely drowned in mayo. All I order is a #1 with cheese, mediumfry and medium coke. All I get is disappointment. Food was cold! Like refrigerator cold. Not that busy there. Very salty too. Staff was nice.
