Awful. Slow. Don't speak English. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:57 PM. still waiting 6:30 they scream at each other. ... Husband and wife. Ridiculous. Chicken was over cooked and poor quality and hopefully they figure it out. Other restaurantsto order from in our area. Read more
They make a killer Singapore Chow Mei Fun. Portions have all been worth the price besides being delicious.
SO SALTY. The soups were so so so salty… the stir fries were okay but not great.. egg foo young was super greasy. Fried rice... had no flavor. Just not good Chinese… definitely better out there. Read more
Shorted us a $12 entree on a $70 order. Called to make them aware and was told “you need to talk to my brother”. When I... arrived I was asked repetitively to speak into a cell phone which was not capable of translating the grievance. I explained theproblem thoroughly 4 separate times and was met with 0 resolution. I will never purchase from them again. China One is thesuperior restaurant in this area. Read more
WORST service ever lately!! I called my order in and was told it be ready in 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after placing... order and still had to wait ANOTHER 45 MINUTES! It was awful! Not the first time either. The food is good but the servicereally sucks. Plus then after paying she kept my card and never gave it or the recipient to me. I had to go back to get it. Iwas not the only person there that upset because of having to wait for their orders longer than what they said. Last time Iordered on line and had the same thing ???? They need to get with it!! I like to think I am a patient person, but yesterday (granted it was a holiday) was nothing but a nightmare. I placed my order... at 5:33 PM, with a pickup time of 6:08 PM. I arrived to the restaurant at almost exactly 6 PM to find 6 others waiting insidealso (one who claimed to have had a pickup time of 530). At 7:10 PM, I inquired about my order, to which she stated they "werejust starting to cook it". I asked her to please stop my order, skip it. She insisted they were starting to cook it. I againasked her to please skip my order and cancel it, as I was leaving. I left, went to Taco Bell, and as I was leaving with ourfood, I got a call at 7:20 PM saying my food was almost ready for pickup. Come on guys.... In general, I usually go here formy food, but I think I will be trying other options in the area moving forward. Read more
Skip this place!!!! I ordered food online said it would be ready by 5:20. Waited in restaurant 40 minutes for my food meanwhile... 4 orders that had pick up times of 5:30 and 5:40 (after my time!!!) were called out. I go up and ask what's going on and she'slike oh yea it's been ready. So I ask why my phone number/order wasn't called out because I had been waiting in store for 30minutes!!!! And she just says they are very busy but not too busy to complete and call out orders submitted after mine!!! Itstill took 10 more minutes after I paid for her to finally give me my food. Did not even apologize!!!! Got my food home only torealize that they put green peppers in my food even though I requested NO PEPPERS!!! So I couldn't even eat my food. What awaste of time and money. The other food I did taste was not good either - no flavor just tasted like oil and were very greasy. Read more
