I had placed my order at 11:40am. Waited for more than an hour just to get a burnt pizza. I?m guessing they did thus because... either they?re lazy or they?re busy messing around since only kids work there. This is the second time I have a bad experiencewith this dominoes location. The entire process took long even the delivery. I?m only 3 min away since Oconomowoc is quite asmall town. You pay for them to make the order correctly and also $5 for a 3 min drive delivery on top of that you have to tipthe driver almost $30 for one medium pizza and a marble brownie and delivery and tips. Just to get a late delivery burnt pizza.Please do better stop hiring people that don?t want to provide high quality food we customers are paying for, at least trainedthem correctly get your job done that?s why you get pay for. Just got my pizza home open the box to see that it?s burnt missing cheese in the middle. Overall it?s over cooked with lots of... burnt cheese. Thanks domino?s for the extra effort. Read more
Got food from here last night and they burned my brownies and didn't put any sauce on my pizza, it was literally just cheese on... bread. Also, no forks for my pasta and no napkins. My pasta was burned as well. I tried doing their carryout insurance but oncei read the conditions i chose not to. They really want us to drive back to the store wasting precious gas so they can remake thesame order for "free." They should've made it right the first time. Plus, we didn't realize their wasn't any sauce on the pizzatill we bit into it so the carryout insurance didn't apply anymore. Overall, just go to pizza hut or even little Ceasars. Read more
Food is what you expect from a chain pizza restaurant. Usually burnt and always far to expensive for what it is. However, the... issue with this store is the staff. The manager has no control over his employees and the staff under him are all highschoolbuddies who believe it's mess around time. No one at the store seems to take any initiative to great customers or provide anycustomer service. We had a pizza with incorrect sauce on it. My wife went to go pick it back up. The staff member had the gallto come up to my wife and give her attitude while asking if she was there for a pick-up or if she was gonna order. She said shewas there for a replacement pizza due to their mistake. The staff member grabbed the pizza and dropped it on the counter andsaid "there you go". No apology for the mistake or the inconvenience of having to go back and pick the pizza up again Read more
This Domino's use to be really good but as of late their quality of food has gone down hill. Delivery drivers are always quick... and polite. They are the only reason I gave this Domino's a 2 star rating. Read more

I?m I?ve always had as good as possible service with this particular Dominos store. They?ve always delivered fast and the... orders have always been up to par and I?ve always tipped well. Tonight I had a delivery driver by the name Gabriel go out of hisway to make me feel ok about the fact that I didn?t have quite enough to tip him. As bad as I felt, this young man said don?tworry about the tip , I?ll be alright. I felt so bad but he said it?s ok. I don?t know what else to say to this other thanGabriel kept a smile on his face and genuinely seemed happy to have simply brought a hot meal to my home on time. He said simply?just tip the next guy if you stay able?. That sort of composure from such a young man humbled me. Thank-you Gabriel & goodlooking out. As a guy that takes pride in tipping well over the usual amount my whole life as I was tight to do, I feltashamed.
