On 11/18/22 I received a cold "hot" coffee through the drive through. After the first sip, I went in to get a new one. I then... got a warm coffee... The place was filled with kids eating chinese food and hanging out...Clearly friends of the people workingbehind the counter. The behind the counter help was marginal at best. Stopped for coffee and also bought two donuts. The coffee was fresh and the server added the proper amount of creamer. Very... tasty bakery and was not stale and seemed like it was baked that morning. Great if you're in a hurry and can go through thedrive up. Next time would like to try breakfast sandwiches. Was happy to start going here but the service and coffee is a hit or miss based on who is working. I will never understand how... something with specific instructions on how to make can be done so wrong. It tasted like black coffee and it was a caramel crazelatte. Went back in and asked to have it made the way it is always made, she handed me a new one and asked how that one was, itwas cold. Just freshly made but it was somehow cold and she then proceeded to argue and say this is exactly how we make it,there is no other way, but somehow I have always at least gotten hot lattes. She said she could do it one more time but I justsaid forget it and had it refunded through CS. Another time they gave me a small when i ordered large and he even saw thesticker said large. He took it back and just dumped the small into the large and filled it up with milk. I watched him do it andtold him that isn't right and you can't just dump a small into a large and call it corrected. He also argued and said I fixedyour order correctly and kept saying that. So needless to say that tasted like a tall glass of milk with a splash of coffee andhad to be thrown out. I have had amazing lattes and service here but the times I don't is when certain people are working. Sowhen I say it is hit or miss based on who is working, it is true. Will have to hoof it across town for starbucks in the future.Sucks because it is a really convenient location and good lattes when done the right way. I hope they can fix the little thingsto make this a better Dunkin because I would hate to see it get closed down like so many other places have in that location. Read more
2 coffee drinks took ages & both of them were completely wrong. Said our order would be $7 at the speaker but charged us $10 &... didn?t give us a receipt. The drinks were not just wrong but pretty rank. Get coffee literally anywhere else. I?d say get foodanywhere else as well but they were out of any food we tried to order. Read more
The negative reviews are just the entitled members of the oconomowoc community who are demanding perfection from a group of... teens serving them coffee. I saw a woman verbally assault one of the poor staff members about wait times on a refund for avocadotoast. It was disgusting. Read the rest of the negative reviews through this lens. The location is a standard DD that gets busyand has a staff of teens, have a heart people. I would give negative stars if i could. Service was extremely slow. We had 2 bagels that came out burnt with the wrong cream... cheese. The hash browns were somehow both soggy and burnt. Overall we were not happy Read more

I used to enjoy coming to this dunkin, however my latest experience really disheartened my willingness to go there in the... future. I order a drink and a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and the sandwich was do burn the top on the croissant wasshriveled up into pieces. Read more
