Service is usually ok but there are days when more attention to detail is needed. When ordering they couldn't get my order... right. When I started my order I was the only one in a double line. She couldn't seem to get the order right and I had to waitwhile she fixed it. 4 cars from the other lane went through and she still couldn't get my order correct. I only ordered a happymeal. When I finally received my order I should have checked it b4 I got home. It was incorrect. No apple slices as requestedand wrong sauce. My granddaughter was upset by the error to her lunch. The only McDonald's I'll go to within a 30mile radius. I always go in to order because the wait from the drive thru can be a bit... long. I never have issues with my order, the workers are nice, it's very clean inside! (Note: I only have ordered breakfast fromthis location) Read more
Worst McDonalds in a 30 mile radius. This McDonald?s consistently has problems. I NEVER have a problem-free order. Worse yet, no... one wants to step up and take responsibility, from managers to the kids that have no clue, and no business being employedanywhere. The lack of care doing their job and lack of attention to detail is the whole reason I no longer believe in a minimumwage, because these people don?t deserve 50 cents for the effort of the work they are doing. Went here while attending the Art Festival on a Sat morning. Drive thru was 2 lanes, 7 cars deep so I went inside. No cashiers... and a LOT of people sitting around waiting for their number to be called. It took 15 minutes to get my food, I wouldn't call itfast food. Sorry McDonalds, the kiosk thing sucks and isn't going to work long term. Saving a few bucks is going to cost youcustomers in the end! We went to Dunkin the next morning and ordered from a real human, the food and experience was better! Read more
We attempted to get dinner at the Oconomowoc McDonald's. After we had a problem with the kiosk we tried to get help up front. A... woman working there was rude to us, wouldn't wait on us, so we left. It appeared that no one was wearing a uniform which seemedodd. Another weird thing is that there are walls up that prevent the customers from having a clear view of the food prep area.Are kiosks and street clothes a new trend? Are all McDonald's being redesigned this way? The whole situation was very negative.We'll never go to this McDonald's again. Added: Prescription polarized sun glasses cannot be used to view the kiosk screens (thescreens are all blurry when viewed through the sunglasses) which is annoying if that is all a person has on them, especially ifnone of of the workers will help with an order. I can't believe that it took close to an hour when i only ordered two thing. The workers never asked me if I needed help when I... was just standing there. After an hour the manager yelled at me saying "get off your phone and pay attention, because you needto talk to me and pay here" (I was not on my phone). When I finally got my food she threw it on the counter and walked away noteven saying here's your food. Read more
Ordered on my break, they were a bit busy as it was about 610 and their card machine was down so that slowed the process down,... however I asked for a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken I got was small proportioned for the bun and also slightly overdone.Otherwise staff was very nice! Read more
Went inside to place my order. Kiosk ordering is not customer friendly. This place definitely needs to bring back some customer... service. Not a single staff said hello or gave a welcome greeting. I waited 15 minutes for an egg mcmuffin....totallyunacceptable. Read more
