Really wish I could leave a 0 star review. Music was so loud employees can't hear each other or the customer. I ordered a... chicken bowl and was charged for a steak bowl. I asked for the complete your meal deal, I got the chips but no salsa or queso.Their soda machine was 95% empty (the person checking us out, outright told me that they just didn't want to fill it), so heforced us to get bottles of soda. When I went to bring these concerns up he told me he didn't hear me ask for the meal deal (hecouldn't because their music was to loud), he did give me the dollar back for overcharging me on the meat, but refused us oursalsa and queso. Also their was minute maid in the soda machine working, which my husband would have drank, but the guy at theregister refused to give us soda cups, but gave the lady behind us a soda cup. There were also people that work there sittingaround doing nothing, they could have been filling the soda machine, the whole soda machine being out is just pure laziness, andwhat really miffs me off more then anything. Forcing us to spend an extra $6 on bottled soda just because your being lazy, verypoor business etiquette. And the lady put a GIANT handful of cilantro on, so if you want cilantro, but want to actually tastethe rest of your food make sure to just ask for light on the cilantro... Read more
When you pay for a meal Shouldn?t it be made the way YOU want it and not the way everyone else wants it?? If I say I only want 1... or 2 stripes of sour cream and your employee ignores me and throws like 15 on my food it peeves me off. The food is fresh, hot and tasty. The staff are always eager to give you a great value for your money. They're helpful and very... pleasant. The food is great along with the employees which makes me going back. Read more
Extremely rude worker? I order the surf & turf bowl? on the billboard it showed the price of $12? once it was time to pay it... rang up at $15 & I asked why is it $3 more. The lady employee said ?oh it?s more money if you add toppings? I said well couldn?tyou have told me this before I added the toppings? lol just rude customer service & her tone of voice. Read more

Have been to this location a number of times, and each time it gets worse. They have changed the quality of the ingredients, and... it has made the meal taste horrible. I paid for my lunch, took a couple bites and threw it away. The store was filthy and theyno longer offer straws? The soda machine had ONLY coke to drink. Everything else was out. Won?t be going back.
