The order ahead is never on, ever. I?ve tried every morning for nearly 3 weeks to order my coffee before work, and it?s always... turned off. I do not have time to wait 15-30 minutes in the drive through or in the cafe for my coffee, so I rely on orderahead. What is the point of offering order ahead if it?s never turned on? It?s very frustrating to have to go out of my way toget coffee at the Delafield location. Please turn the order ahead back on!! Also, the staff is not friendly. The couple oftimes I was able to order ahead a few weeks ago, I had to ask for a cup sleeve each time as well as a stopper, and no one said aword to me when I asked. Horrible service, operations, coffee. We tried To go here 4 times and they were either closed for some random reason or there... was a sign saying dive thru only with a really long line. We actually got our coffee 1 time and it tasted horrible. This placeis too expensive to be serving terrible coffee. It is not worth the risk, the wait, or the money. Read more
This place is having a really hard reopening. The employees are miserable to the point that they are completely unfriendly. ... The drive thru is jam packed and the place is crowded with people waiting from their app orders. If you?re a regular person atthe counter they don?t even say hello they all just give you dirty looks in glances. They are like robots. And not even makingthe drinks right. One girl even tried telling me my drink tasted bad because it had coffee in it. Of course it should havecoffee in it this is Starbucks! The manager is not running the place like a workable team. And as a manager, she should knowthat customers should be acknowledged and feel welcomed. She was treating one employee so bad she left in tears. And her teamshould not make every customer feel like they are hated for having an order. They even refused people orders and werecomplaining about the people walking in, to each other right in front of them! And this is a manager??!! And then theyannounced that they were going to lock the doors. I told them excuse me, you will NOT lock the doors on my children and I andkeep us inside. I don?t think so. We left. Read more

Very poor customer service ! Online ordered 2 drinks at 12:48 my pick up time was 1:08 I arrived on time . Waited till 1:22 to... have 6 people walk in and get there drinks before me . When I asked how long it would be she said they are very busy . But Idon?t understand how since all the walk in got there drinks before I did well I sat there waiting. I asked for a refund andtook another 10 minutes to be able to get the refund. Now no drink late to work and a very unhappy Customer. Will now longer goto this location Read more
Five stars because if you?re coming to Starbucks you already won know it?s going to be expensive to know it?s going to be good.... And if you come to Starbucks complaining about the price then don?t come LOL. Inside is clean and nice and the staff handle thecrowd well Update. This opening is still a mess. Cars circle the drive through?.and dozens of people were waiting for drinks when I walked in?.I... walked in to order at 9:40 and left at 10:15. I saw several customers orders ?get lost? and have to be made on the fly.
