Went thru drive thru. Waited for 10 minutes. No one took our order. Pulled up to window. No one acknowledged us even though we... saw ppl thru the window. Waited again. Went around and tried again. Nothing. It was open, I checked the times, but no one waspaying attention. I'm sorry but this would not have been tolerated at the fast food restaurants I've worked at. This Taco Bell closes, locks doors and shut down the drive thru whenever they feel like it. There is no coutstesy sign and... employees are rude when asked about it. Read more
Ordered the Mexican Pizza combo with no sour cream at drive through. The drink I wanted was out. When I got my order, the pizza... was half out of the box, sitting sideways and spilling all over the bottom of the bag. Both tacos had sour cream, and not just alittle. There was more sour cream than meat. Read more
Dang it Taco Bell you used to be open until 2 AM but now you close at 10. What a shame. I was one of your loyal 1:30 AM... customers. Now I have to settle for McDonald?s before midnight. I still love your food though so keep up the good work and don?tlisten to the haters. Read more
I was out salting roads all day and... I don't usually stop at ANY fast food place much after the dinner rush if I can avoid it.... You understand what I mean I'm sure. It was 10pm however and I was starving and still at work so I stopped and got 3 tacos. Let me tell you, they did a great job! The meet tasted like it had just been cooked up and in spite of that I was in and out inmoments. Perfect. Read more
Horrible experience. Waited almost 10 minutes in my car to order with 2 people only in front of me on a Thursday 7pm. My spicy... potato taco didn't had spicy sauce. The cheese roll up had tomatos on it. The flat bread had only beans and nacho cheese insteadof regular cheese salad and tomatoes. He also didn't give us a receipt. Read more
They got rid of just about any decent employee they had here! The service is the worst I have seen ever! I have continued to... give them chances but they continue to disappoint! Rude, yell at customers, get angry when you complain, get mad when you placebig orders, refuse to take care of behavior issues, continue the cycle of bad employees by putting unqualified and rude peoplein management positions! I actually had to call the police because an employee ran out of the store chasing me when i pulled outof the drive thru because she was going to "take this outside" and apparently try and physically fight me. Thankfully I havecommon sense and basic human decency and just continued driving rather than stoop to her psychotic level and engage in violentbehavior over a mistake they made on tacos. I contacted the police and told them that an employee ran out of the taco belltrying to start a fight and they should address this because not all people will just drive off as I did and there will be anambulance called next time along with arrests! I followed up on this incident with their head manager there and was appalled byher attitude and lack of discipline. This employee only got talked to. No suspension, not fired, nothing! The manager evenadmitted to me she used to work at another taco bell and said "she was so much worse", WOW! That is pretty scary to know they donot take physically trying to harm paying customers seriously and that they were in fact aware her crazy behavior is a problembut did not care or address it! To top it all off I told them they needed to watch the video footage of that day and send it tocorporate because she was out of control but was told the cameras just happened to be "down" during this incident! I wouldnever go to this taco bell ever until they take care of the infestation of out of control people who somehow think rules andbasic human decency do not apply to them!
