Ordered for pickup inside, was notified order was ready. Saw my order sitting at the pickup spot through the windows but the... door was locked. Nice employee let us in but the manager yelled and him for opening the door. Don?t allow inside pickups if youdon?t let people in! Drive threw wasn?t a option with large trailer. Read more

First I would like to say the lobby was freezing and when I told the manager that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom he... stated that there was nothing he could do about it until the lobby closed. I understand short staff issues, but to be rude aboutsomething isn?t the right attitude when you?re providing a service.
