Ordered for pickup inside, was notified order was ready. Saw my order sitting at the pickup spot through the windows but the... door was locked. Nice employee let us in but the manager yelled and him for opening the door. Don?t allow inside pickups if youdon?t let people in! Drive threw wasn?t a option with large trailer. Read more

Taco bell is just a plain disappointment now. They don't really have good food to begin with but it's extra bad getting a whole... burrito full of naco cheese and sour cream. It's like I'm getting pranked when I get food from here. Never again. Read more

This is the third time in a row that we have gone to this Taco Bell only to have our order be wrong once again. Usually it's... they don't put the sour cream on that you ask for that you also pay $.45 each for, but this time and the last time, we receivedthe wrong food all together. We received something similar to a burrito but squeezed in a panini style form and so spicy wecan't eat it. I am allergic to peppers and especially jalapeno peppers so this is something I can't even eat. We will never gohere again nor will we recommend it to anybody. Read more
First I would like to say the lobby was freezing and when I told the manager that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom he... stated that there was nothing he could do about it until the lobby closed. I understand short staff issues, but to be rude aboutsomething isn?t the right attitude when you?re providing a service. The reason I am giving a 3 star instead of a one is becausethe staff was nicer than the manager. Will likely drive to Waukesha the next time we want Taco Bell. Read more
