I made an order through Uber Eats, and have watched three drivers drive there just to have their time wasted. I went to check... this location's reviews and saw the review from Allen Wang from just four weeks ago about the same issue. Neither the store northe drivers have contacted me, but Allen's review cleared everything up. As of my review, Uber is currently sending a fourthdriver. Read more
They never have hot fudge! I tried to order 3 scoop sundae with 2 scoops peanut butter & chocolate & 1 scoop mint chocolate... chip, they didn't have the mint. I changed to 2 scoop pb&c with hot fudge, no hot fudge. I get home & of course the order iswrong, I got vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips & chocolate syrup. Such a simple order & it's wrong. Store refused to cancel a uber eats delivery order when they're out of the entire order and wanted the customer to cancel so the... restaurant keeps their fee/money for the order that they don't even have. Also they didn't attempt to contact the customer andonly told the delivery driver after they arrived to notify me (the customer) that they don't have the entire order available andproceeded to have the galls to ask the customer to cancel instead of having a order added to their cancelation quota metric ontheir meters. This place is so dirty. And employees weren?t wearing gloves while digging around in ice cream cartons. Health department needs... to be called there. Read more
Went to this location at 7:50pm. Tried to go to the inside and the doors were locked, and was signaled to go to the drive thur.... Went through the drive thru and order 3 chocolate shakes. The lady that gave me my order rolled her eyes when she gave me theshakes. The shakes were like chocolate milk. We had to put them in the freezer to make them like shakes. As we were waiting atthe window, there were customers on the inside. The girl at the window said " im sorry about that, we were cleaning up theinside because we are about to close". I came home and Google says they close at 10. I get being under staff, but the staff thatwas there didnt seem like they wanted to do their job. Read more
The employees were friendly and the store was clean. We got the ice cream cake. It was very disappointing! Nothing like Dairy... Queen or cold stone I would not recommend ice cream cake. Read more

This location is one and the same as the Dunkin Donuts. Both are staffed by the same people and that staff is minimally involved... with the customers. They were getting into verbal arguments in front of customers. You can't give your order at the counter; ifyou walk into the store you have to use the kiosk, and then walk over to the counter and talk to them in the exact same way asyou would have anyway while giving your order. It makes no sense and makes for a cluttered customer experience. I will not becoming back inside the store. Might not even come back to the drive thru. Read more
