Sitting here now. There are five people working here. Red Hot Chili Peppers blasting- perhaps that is why they couldn't hear the... phone. Our pizzas were delivered an hour ago and we were missing a pizza. Tried to call for at least 20 minutes-no answer. Drovedown to find this party. Fun times, but I am missing my party. Employee offered me the left behind pizza from an hour ago. Nothank you. Flea would insist upon a freshly baked pizza and so am I.???? Read more
It would be nice if whoever (looking at you, teenagers with poor attention to detail) reads the orders pays attention to the... details like, "light cheese" and "extra sauce." That's what I always order, and yet, I only receive it half the time. To make itworse, they sometimes put light sauce as well. I've been letting it slide, but today I also didn't receive 2 20oz bottles ofcoke, and was told to call back in a day since I wanted a refund instead of a store credit. Manager said they didn't have coke,because the truck hadn't delivered yet. I have no reason to not believe her, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt, andassume it's outside her control. Let me start off saying, general manager Chris is very dismissive and has a whatever attitude when something is brought to his... attention! Not to mention, it wasn?t even about getting a free item or complaining about staff because I know things can gethectic at certain times. I've been ordering from this place for probably 6months now and didn't have issues before. But the last few times I've ordered... they've completely messed up my order. I've just accepted it, but this time I called to get either a replacement or a refund andthey basically said sorry for ya. Stay away from this place. Order from a different location. I dunno if they have new staffthat's just lazy or they just don't care anymore. Either way, they've become unreliable. Read more
